Leh - Ladakh is an experience and a must visit place !!

Flight : Bangalore - Delhi - Leh
I must say .. this is one of the most scenic air travel ...the view of Himalayas from up is mesmerizing !! Tip : when flying from Delhi to Leh ..book left side window seat for best view ..& the vice versa.
Once we reached Leh .. we had a pre booked travel package & all hotel bookings, food ,local, sightseeing, permit etc was taken care by them . We had a 5 day itinerary for Leh and 6 th day we headed back home . If you have more time you can definitely cover , Turtuk / Kargil / Tso Moiri and few other places ..
Cost of the trip : under 45 k per head inclusive of everything ..
Few tips :
* Make sure you carry atleast 1 post paid network as pre paid phone doesn't work there . Jio , BSNL & Airtel only network available . Few interior areas are almost no network Zone
* Make sure you carry enough cash , as our cards , gpay etc doesn't work in interior region like pangong .
* Take enough rest on day 1 and take things slow as you arrive . Body needs time to get used to the high altitude .
* We took Diamox tablet for easy acclimatization. Start with a day before you reach Leh and continue the next day . However pls consult your doc before taking . I am not a medical advisor 🙏.. wat worked for me may nt for you ..
* I feel with small kids , for aged people or for people who have wheezing astma etc ..this place is not suitable ... The high altitude may cause difficulty. But yeah ..it's your call .
