There is no sound on the hand set..I have gone through the menu and do everything and still no sound..not even when I press the buttons
No volume on incoming and outgoing calls what can be done but volume on phone is maximum
Is it possible that silent mode is enabled? This would be indicated by a bell with a line through it on the screen.
