Steriods are drugs too and tons of gym goers actively take enhancers, suffer from variations of body dysmorphia and also mental health issues. The gym can be as healthy as you create the experience to be.

How so? You do realize that Chrisean mogging guys at the gym is thanks to modern supplements like tren and EPO?
They’re wild on social media but they were also both talented athletes in high school. Rock being able to bench 135 without training for months is impressive. Blueface being able to bench 205 at 175bw is crazy most people can’t bench their own weight for awhile.
Edit: after watching this whole thing I’m hella impressed😂 rock comes in and almost deadlifts 300lbs and blueface deadlifts 365😂 that is wild
