      It's never true, even we Ghanaian sometimes get cheated. That's some Ghanaian traders would quote the prices of their wares very high so if you're not smart, you may be cheated.
      If you're buying a product from a Ghanaian trader and he/she quotes a price, please divide the price into two and give the trader half of the price quoted. Then you bargain a little bit up.
      This is how it is done to get a fair price.
