If you fire your sp3 while phasing it makes it last for 4 seconds and it's continuously paused because bullseye is continuously hitting her. She gains 250% combat power rate while phased so sig 200 is really easy to get to an sp3. This is probably the easiest and best counter I've seen to date. Just tried it and it does work. Although I don't have a ranked 6* kitty for war unfortunately
