TriggerHapySheep I called to see about getting this done for mine and they said to just order the kit that they weren’t doing another so I went to another shop
What made you guys decide to use cage stanchions as opposed to full tubes to the floor? You guys do waaaaaay crazier trails than I do, so of they'll hold up well in a rollover and I can save my foot room that's a win win
The JK has an extremely strong cowl area. The only time we would recommend going to the floor up front is to run frame tie-ins for the cage. Even then, the loss of leg room with tubes there is always a struggle.
Love this build! Question on the trail rocker system, is it completely plug and play like the spod? Or do you have to splice and tap into any of the jeep's wiring? Thanks guys.
I wish maxbilt lights were legal. I have them on my TJ, went to get an inspected and was rejected because a state trooper said it doesn't have a DOT marking. I live in Virginia, I get we are one of the states with the strictest DOT laws but that was ridiculous. Don't mean to gripe, awesome build!!
let you know what I think?.. lol.. I want one just like it...that's what I think.. not in the cards just yet for me.. I'm an xj owner w a mix of rustys & rough country 4.5 inch lift with all adjustable front short arms w/ RC front arm drop kit for that smooth ride.. RC axles & slip yoke kit.. Blacked out everything.. with some additional parts to soon complete the ride to 5.5 acos and leaf spring drop kit from RC soon hopefully.. then it'll be time to armour up frame first then pretty stuff.. bumpers/sliders/skids
Wow, it's nice to see you all have time to make these awesome custom rigs. Speaking of Crusader, I ordered and paid for a front Crusader bumper over 4 weeks ago, still nothing.
Daryl doesn't make bumpers... he builds Jeeps and makes videos. We love to help you with a status update on your order if you send us an order number to info@jcr.us, sorry for any delays.
That's because that's the truth. We just implemented a new system and are learning how to track individual products statuses in manufacturing. Typical lead times for powder coated product is 3-4 weeks if we have to build it. That can get pushed to ~5 if we have insane order volumes, or are implementing a new process.
JcrOffroad right on. Glad to hear my local shop wasn't blowing smoke. Glad to hear you all got updated. I work in IT and know too well how updates can cripple a system. Fwiw. My order was for a bare front Crusader bumper.
Brad Krall probably as much as a rental property which would provide a monthly income. But, if he can afford a 100k jeep build, he must be financially set
A JKU is actually 20" longer than a JK. So this way we get 10" more interior room, plus we push the axle back more for a better departure angle. The 16" wheelbase extension has been great to wheel.
I want to start all over,if i may ? Ur craftsmanship is top notch, and i appologize for being an ass.I just love simple cj's.Thats what i was trying to say from start. My bad, keep on jeeping in that sick monster ✌️
Hands down my favorite Jeep ! Well all of the JCR jeeps are my favorite honestly! Manchee is amazing ! Wish I would have went with this brand for my Jeep but at the time never heard of it unfortunately this was 4 Year’s ago but I went with poison spider everything on my JK because they are local to me and lets just say they aren’t really friendly owner thinks he’s above everyone so it sucks that I gave them my money, your teams seems more down to earth and like great people. Anyways check me out on instagram @El_Yeeep
Love everything about this rig! Absolutely awesome!!!
If I ever get a 2 door I'm driving that shit straight to you guys to get this done haha love this build!
TriggerHapySheep I called to see about getting this done for mine and they said to just order the kit that they weren’t doing another so I went to another shop
damn this thing is beautiful. love the stretch kit, colour, tires, damn this thing is cool!
Love the build, nice job!
Awesome build.
Legit present day LJ......

It is plug and play. I think the only splicing you'd have to do is if you were interested in key-on functionality.
JcrOffroad ok great. Thank you.
Sweet ...You guy's nailed it.

I hope you guys push those corners into production. Would love them to delete the factory flare provisions.
I love this rig! Just ordered a couple of pizza slice stickers. Where do you get the brand name logo stickers in black made?
Thanks for the order! Which black logo stickers are you referring to?
JcrOffroad all the brand stickere on Crusader. Which is sweet by the way.
Jeep is amazing. Great build. What’s the color? Bronze?
GM Subterranean.

Do you guys take on customer build projects?
How is the rear suspension set up for control arms ? Im trying to make a custom 3 link in the rear and cant figure out where to mount the rear end

JcrOffroad I ordered it through a local shop. Every time I call, I'm told you guys tell them a system update caused a blackout at your shop.
JcrOffroad also, I'm on the fence about a rear Crusader if 4 weeks is normal build time.
That's because that's the truth. We just implemented a new system and are learning how to track individual products statuses in manufacturing.

How did you guys do the 6" rear stretch? Rock Krawlers kit has axle side offset mounts for coils, but yours seem to be in the stock location?
We moved the upper coil buckets back 4.5" when this was stretched previously. So we just offset he RK brackets 1.5" instead of 6.
Very clean,
By far the coolest build around 🖒
Where did you get those hood decals?
Amazing build. Really tremendous. What's the total cost for parts? Can't even being to guess the man hours put in.
Brad Krall probably as much as a rental property which would provide a monthly income. But, if he can afford a 100k jeep build, he must be financially set
Pretty sure the Jeep belongs to and was built by the company. I would hope they are plenty financially set.
Bullion Head, the rig is built and owned by JCR Offroad, its a company rig to show off their parts and craftsmanship.
We need a hood like that on the Cherokee XJ
great videos.are y'all comming to jeep beach ? and I hope I see y'all there
woody pilgrim we will be at Jeep Beach, yep.
best jk build ever
looks great!
awesome..is it as long as the JKU?
ralfman5 wheelbase is about 5" shorter, rear overhang is much smaller.
are those the narrow width flares
I thumbed up immediately after the "pizza is life".
obviously a nice jeep , but why not just use a standard unlimited , which is already + 10" ?
A JKU is actually 20" longer than a JK. So this way we get 10" more interior room, plus we push the axle back more for a better departure angle. The 16" wheelbase extension has been great to wheel.
thank you ,, silly me , i thot it was a TJ !!! absolutely lovely jeep , congratulations.
Tell us how we can get that gas cap please.
Yes please inquiring minds would like to know
Did I miss it or did they mention the gearing for those axles?
Sorry, we didn't mention. We are running 5.38 gears.
I want to start all over,if i may ? Ur craftsmanship is top notch, and i appologize for being an ass.I just love simple cj's.Thats what i was trying to say from start. My bad, keep on jeeping in that sick monster ✌️
How much would you sell it for?
so retro man
Alec Milton
You mean the retro Team Toyota graphics Ironman made famous?
what colors are the stripes
What hood did you use on this build
RK Sport Full Carbon Fiber
Ivan Stewart Team Toyota graphics on a Jeep? Seems appropriate on a import barbie jeep.
I love it.
Count how many times Daryl says, "awesome".
200,000$ jeep, parts, time and labor. Beautiful. But here in the real world.....
if the minivan motor has enough power then why the ripp supercharger ????
Uh, because boost?
Nice!
Noticed the shitty rear view mirror my JK did the same lol.
Hands down my favorite Jeep ! Well all of the JCR jeeps are my favorite honestly! Manchee is amazing !

to cool and to expensive
Im not dreaming at all,ur suv is a pipe dream, since u mentioned dreaming, dont take it off road,u might get the suv dirty
Interesting you call it a pipe dream, when it's sitting right there in real life, having just returned from Moab.
A real jeep is a cj,this is a glorified suv.Just my opionion,to each is own.Have a nice day 😛
Will7311 S you keep clinging to that dream 😉
Will7311 S I'd like to see your jeep go up against this on the trail.
