It seems certain stocks are undervalued, flying under the radar despite their potential. You can't help but wonder when the market will recognize their true worth. How can I invest $600K wisely to ensure our future security?
It's frustrating when market inefficiencies persist, particularly with undervalued stocks. Consider consulting an advisor for smarter investing decisions.
My financial advisor has been a game-changer, providing clarity and boosting my confidence in navigating finance. With their help, I've achieved my goals faster than I imagined. Highly recommend!

I am regretting not investing in stocks ever since but still grateful i kept money in the money market. With about $200k maturing soon, i plan investing in the stock market. What stocks should I look into as a newbie to safely grow my money
Thats when you hire someone to manage your money. You need a (CFP) straight up! personally, I would invest in ETF's and also love investing in individual stocks.
I took charge of my portfolio but faced losses in 2022. Realizing the need for a change, I sought advice from a fiduciary advisor. Through restructuring and diversification with dividend stocks, ETFs, Mutual funds, and REITs, my $1.2M portfolio surged, yielding an annualized gain of 28%.
Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
the strategies are quite rigorous for the regular. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.
*Even with the right strategies and appropriate assets, investment returns can differ among investors. Recognizing the vital role of experience in investment success is crucial. Personally, I understood this significance and sought guidance from a market analyst, significantly growing my account to about 980k. Strategically withdrawing profits just before the market correction, I'm now seizing buying opportunities once again.*

I have been a dividend focused investor for a long time. This does not mean I don't own growth stocks, I do. A well rounded portfolio should be a mixture of both categories. I invest in the market, but never put all my money in market.

You're right. I’m currently working towards financial freedom with a focus on dividends & growth investing. Since 2014, I’ve built a portfolio made up of 15% NVDA, 15% APPL, 25% SCHD, 15% VOO and over 30% in digital assets, thanks to my financial advisor. This has helped me earn $36,000 a year in dividends. Back in 2014, I only earned $21 in dividends.
who is the professional guiding you please? enthused about investing for my eventual retirement but dont know how to go about it, for now I only invest in my 401k through my employer and gains are quite slow
Camilla Marie Fuller is the licensed advisor I use and im just putting this out here because you asked. You can Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment

There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.
When it comes to investment, diversification is key. That is why I have my interests set on key sectors based on performance and projected growth. They range from the EV sector, renewable energy, Tech and Health (AMD) alongside coins, and gold. I'm also working on an investment plan that includes AI looking into Nvidia, MSFT, Alphabet stocks among others with my Fin. Advisor, . It's been a year and half of steady growth.

Finding financial advisors like Stacy Lynn Staples "who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
Curious about top investors' millionaire-making strategies, I'm eager to grow my $295,000 nest egg. Investing in stocks could provide attractive returns through capital appreciation and dividend yields. But timing is crucial - should I invest now or wait for improved market conditions?
I think the smartest way to go is to spread out your investments. By putting your money into different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and stocks from other countries, you can lower the risk if one part of the market goes bad.
Several individuals minimize the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm afloat. I looked for licensed advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
My CFA Lucinda Margaret Crist a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market
I've been an investor in Apple, gold, housing market as well because I strongly believe in them, I've always believed in the stock but now I don't know if to re-distribute my portfolio and put some money in Nvidia or Tesla especially now that we are experiencing a market correction
Both stocks have a long term potential, The most important thing is the ratio of the distribution based on the financials of each company. There are many other companies that are also doing well. You could just hire a financial advisor to guide you. A financial advisor really does help me do the distribution even between different asset classes. I don't even understand technical financial terms much. I just know I make really good profit, and I don't have to stress myself a lot
I've got similar problems and I have also considered using an FA but I don't know how to go about it. Please, what are the steps for getting one? Like a really good one
@@sizzirup3476I mean i dont mind. I ike the content and follow it on a daily basis. But it would be nice to have some real conversations in the comments with real people 😂😂
what do you think of Exxon mobile as a dividend stock? I want to invest around 140K cash savings. What are the best strategies during volatile times like this?
I talk a lot about how important it is to have an advisor. This kept me afloat and increased my $450,000 portfolio by 48% in just 4 months. They have strategies that are tailored to your long-term goals and your desired financial situation.
I started investing in dividends with my taxable account. I used the buy and hold strategy in my Roth, adding some Berkshire B stock, SCHD, and an S&P 500 and total market exchange-traded fund.
An effective strategy serves as a cornerstone in an investor's portfolio. As the level of risk increases, so does the potential for reward, making it essential to seek advice from experienced professionals for making sound decisions.
Despite skepticism towards financial advisors, I've had one for a decade who consistently restructured and diversified my portfolio, resulting in over a million in gains. Financial security is my priority, and I'm content with my achievements.
This video is very informative, but it would be better if you talked about real money. Talk about Cryptonica; it's real money every day. What you're discussing doesn't seem as cool
I'm tired of these new buys every week, Just to make up some assets with low percentage on my $236k portfolio and try to keep everything around 10%. Do you see AMZN and Costco as safe buys to outperform the market this year?
Stop buying every stock you see some UA-camr recommend sometimes they do that to pump their bags. Seek guidance from a financial advisor instead of relying on UA-cam for advice.
Same, I use UA-cam for research only. All major investment decisions go through my advisor. The market's instability makes DIY risky. You don't need to find the next NVDA to succeed in investing. Opt for top-notch ETFs, dividend aristocrats, and a trusted advisor. I've turned $100k into $20k in annual dividends, a major milestone.
*Marissa Lynn Babula* is the licensed CFP I use and im just putting this out here because you asked. You can Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.

like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income
Just because there are opportunities in the market doesn’t mean you should go in blindly. To understand the potential factors that contribute to your financial growth, I'll advise you to seek the help of a professional
I completely agree; I am 60 years old, recently retired, and have approximately $1,250,000 in external retirement funds. I am debt free and have very little money in retirement funds compared to the total value of my portfolio over the past three years. To be honest, having a portfolio-advisor for investing is genius!
As a new investor it's always great to hear from a person who has gone through all the difficult times and come ahead of it. What are some strategies i can employ to be successful?
Finding financial advisors like "Amy Desiree Irish'' who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
I found her page by searching for her entire name online. After that, I emailed her and we set up a meeting so we could talk; I'm currently waiting on her response.
As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?
I think the safest strategy is to diversify investments. Like spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k
This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? I'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation
My CFA *Julianne Iwersen Niemann* a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early, I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but l'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling! Thanks Brooke Miller.
Woah for real? I'm so excited. Brooke Miller strategy has normalised winning trades for me also. and it's a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started
Their ...services are very genius and experienced in the market for over a decade and counting, they changed my life from a poor plumber to a better and middle class family man with 2kids.
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
I'm a plumber making over $100k a year, and I've never invested before but do have a substantial cash saving. I'm thinking about starting a Solo 401(k), but I'm stuck on what to invest in. I've watched a lot of beginner videos, but I still don't know the best way to start. Any real-life advice or tips would be really helpful.
I believe every Investor should start with ETFs for a solid foundation, then diversify across asset classes and maintain disciplined, regular investing to minimize risks and maximize growth.
You don't need to find the next NVDA to succeed in investing. Just choose top-notch ETFs and partner with a financial advisor like I did. I turned $100k into $53,000 in annual dividends-a significant milestone for me today.
Melissa Elise Robinson is the licensed advisor I use and im just putting this out here because you asked. You can Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment
*I had problem comprehending trading in general. I tried watching other UA-cam trading channels, but they made the concepts more complicated. I was almost giving up until when i discovered content and explain everything in detail. The videos are easy to follow*
I watched your videos for 4 years now. I've been able to use my stock gains following your ideas, as well as others, to pay down my debt and im about to buy my second house. Thanks for your videos.
For those moving cash from money market to other assets given the Fed pivot, what are some income-producing assets (not physical real estate) that you are prioritizing over the next year to offset your loss in income?
Dividend Stock and REITs. As interest going down, I think these two asset types are going to be more attractive. Besides getting dividend income, I expect them to get appreciation in value as well.
Even if it just gives 4% dividend growth long term, long term inflation is just 3%. So, that’s still solid. As long as those divvies keep increasing, even in a recession, that’s what i need. I’m thinking huge percentage in SCHD, with smaller amounts in other areas not covered by the fund, like REITS and BDC’s.
Accurate asset allocation is crucial with an Experts guidance. I have 850k in equity, 75k cash earning 4% interest, 685k in roth ira, 120k in 401k, Gold and silver bars. age is 58. My advisr helped me realign my portfolio to my risk tolerance and it boomed shortly.
My CFA Carol Vivian Constable a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
My portfolio doesn’t just cater to dividend stocks. I hold $VFIAX (S&P 500 index fund) in my Roth IRA and $VTI (Total Stock Market ETF) in my taxable brokerage account. Two of my largest holdings. The individual dividend stock positions all complement the index holdings.
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Aileen Gertrude Tippy” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I want to compliment you, you have said it all. I am a little business owner and I really want to expand my business to the next level by making myself an investor but I really don't know how to go about it..
This time last year I considered crypto without much knowledge and decided to have a consultation with a fiduciary, and it was incredibly insightful. I got into the market with 15k, One year and a couple of months in, and I’m up with 550k. I truly cannot stress enough how helpful experts in this field are!
Hi Jeremy! really appreciate this video! Could you also do a video on value stocks and growth stocks? I know you talk a fair amount about splitting between the 3 so I would love to hear your thoughts on those categories of stocks! Must love 💙
It's crucial, in my opinion, to continue with equities that are unaffected by economic policy. PALANTIR NVIDIA and other AI stocks that could fuel and revolutionize future technologies are what I'm examining. The majority of businesses, including well-known FAANG corporations, appear to be moving toward artificial intelligence.
Palantir, ARM and Nvidia are all still good buy, it's vital to avoid impulsive decisions driven by short-term fluctuations. Prioritize patience and a long-term perspective most importantly consider financial advisory for informed buying and selling decisions.
No doubt, having the right plan is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 100% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take till Q3 next year.
I've stuck with the popularly ‘’Monica Shawn Marti” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, I agree with her.
I really appreciate your useful advice. I was able to set up a call with her and confirm her identity. She seems incredibly knowledgeable, and I hope I'm able to connect with her.
Hey man I got a question so I’ve been asking around but no one seems to be answering me. I own shares/partial shares of : VOO NVIDIA AMZN XOM CGC and SCHD. I hear a lot of people talking about not having SCHD in the inidividual brokerage. I have been DCA into most of these putting $50 a week or 2 week period into it so it’s like if I have 1 full share of one I’ll start buying for the other companies I don’t have. Any recommendations?
Curious what the dividend yield and 5 year CAGR is with an even split between these 7 stocks compared to a dividend ETF like SCHD. May get more diversification with an ETF and a steady 3.5% yield
Investing in gold is a reliable choice, and I plan to keep buying more to make up for my losses. While silver is also a good investment, my collectibles are not as similar. It's important to have clear investment goals and educate yourself on the type of investment that interests you. I work with a financial consultant regulated by the SEC, and started small, but eventually accumulated over $800,000.
You know I totally agree with you and besides, the US dollar is actually losing its value and it’s purchasing power as time goes on so your savings aren’t a valid way of ensuring your wealth in the nearest future.
I will like to ask, How did you achieve it? I been trying to stick with index funds. I feel this new interest rates hikes could crash this economy. I'm looking out for a better investing strategy, I have a lump sum that inflation is steady eating up.
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Nancy Magaret Delony’’ for about two years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Can’t lie This is mind blowing indeed the name sounds too familiar I’ve come across individuals talking about her great service I guess this is a sign to try her out.
This is incredible to see, I know “Nancy Magaret Delony”. Her platform maintains a unique perspective and is very transparent with their investors. Regardless of whether or not she outperforms i will always stay invested as her methods alone with keeping investors in touch with their strategies and outlooks are something that so few managers are capable of and they should follow suit
I remember thinking "damn, you really won this Jeremy" when Meta first announced that dividend, props. Your conviction on their EPS turnaround and the dividend was just the cherry on top
Believing that dividends can outearn a salary is unrealistic; it's possible, but it would require an investment equivalent to 30 years of savings. The most straightforward perspective is that dividends can yield more than bank interest, and that's the extent of it.
Because of dividends, I first began investing in stocks. It's important, in my opinion, to be able to live off of dividends without selling if you invest and make other income in addition to payouts. It suggests that you may pass that down to your kids and give them a leg up in life. Over the years, I've invested over $600k in dividend stocks; I continue to buy more today and will keep doing so until the price drops even further.
Hearing from an experienced investor who has survived adversity and prevailed is always motivating. It may be frightening when your portfolio goes from green to red, but if you have invested in strong firms, you should maintain growing them and stick to your goal.
I wholeheartedly concur, which is why I appreciate giving an investment coach the power of decision-making. Given their specialized expertise and education, as well as the fact that each and every one of their skills is centered on harnessing risk for its asymmetrical potential and controlling it as a buffer against certain unfavorable developments, it is practically impossible for them to underperform. I have made over 1.5 million dollars working with an investment coach for more than two yearsRead more
this is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? i'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation
My CFA ’Stacy Lynn Staples’, a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
I greatly appreciate it. I'm fortunate to have come upon your message because investing greatly fascinates me. I'll look Stacy up and send her a message. You've truly motivated me. God's blessings on you.
I think the problem is that no one is interested in btc anymore. Now that it has received so much adoption and acceptance as a legitimate store of value, and governments are getting involved, the mystique is gone. The ETF may have been the worst thing that could have happened to Bitcoin and crypto enthusiasts in the long run. Mary McDonald's strategy has been instrumental in helping me navigate the past few months.
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Catherine Gauthier.
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills.
Buying a dividend share that misses estimates is as buying a growth company that stops growing. Examples are endless, check CVS, Ibtel, WBA, Dollar General... It's just a bit of a company, forget about the dividend!
Yesss I needed some dividend stock ideas. Now to do hours of due diligence to see if it's something I wanna invest in. Appreciate it Jeremy! Keep up the bangers
!I recently sold some of my long-term position and currently sitting on about 250k, do you think Nvidia is a good buy right now or I have I missed out on a crucial buy period, any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks or Crypto will be appreciated
As a beginner investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Ruth Ann Tsakonas is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
I managed to grow a nest egg of around 120k to over a Million. I'm especially grateful to Adviser Ruth Ann Tsakonas, for her expertise and exposure to different areas of the market.
I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $100k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.
Without a doubt! Ruth Ann Tsakonas is a trader who goes above and beyond. she has an exceptional skill for analyzing market movements and spotting profitable opportunities. Her strategies are meticulously crafted based on thorough research and years of practical experience.
Same here, I believe the Bitcoin ETFs approval will be life changing opportunity for us, with my current portfolio of $108,000 from my investments with my personal financial advisor i totally agree with you..
YES!!! That's exactly her name (Margaret Emily) so many people have recommended highly about her and am just starting with her, Kairangi from Brisbane Australia..🇦🇺

I've got similar problems and I have also considered using an FA but I don't know how to go about it. Please, what are the steps for getting one? Like a really good one

what do you think of Exxon mobile as a dividend stock? I want to invest around 140K cash savings. What are the best strategies during volatile times like this?
If you're not who understands strategies to invest in the market, seek a Financial advisor to guide you.
I talk a lot about how important it is to have an advisor. This kept me afloat and increased my $450,000 portfolio by 48% in just 4 months. They have strategies that are tailored to your long-term goals and your desired financial situation.
Hey friend, How can I work with your Fiduciary?
Yeah, she is Victoria Louisa Saylor , look her up. Anyone is free to contact her.
I’ve just looked up her full name on my browser and found her webpage, very much appreciate this
I started investing in dividends with my taxable account.
Would you be willing to share a referral to your financial advisor? I'm interested in exploring their services!
My FA is Laura Grace Abels, a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her further on the web.
I really appreciate your useful advice. I was able to set up a call with her .her credentials are impressive. She seems incredibly knowledgeable
I've been considering getting one, but haven't been proactive about it. Can you recommend your advisor? I could really use some assistance.
*Marissa Lynn Babula* is the licensed CFP I use and im just putting this out here because you asked. You can Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up immediately. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her.
like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends.

Just ran an online search on her name and came across her websiite; pretty well educated. thank you for sharing.

I find your situation fascinating. Would you be willing to suggest a trusted advisor you've worked with?

Thanks!: I asked for a divided video!
Great Video my brother. Love dividend talk. Need more vids like this.
Your advisor must be really good, how I can get in touch with them as my porfolio isn't doing well.

Hi Jeremy! really appreciate this video!
I've heard similar things about hiring an advisor. It's hard to choose one that's very good though. Could you make some useful recommendations?
Imagine when Palantir pays a dividend some day 😊

I've been WAITING for a divi vid, many thanks!!
Believing that dividends can outearn a salary is unrealistic; it's possible, but it would require an investment equivalent to 30 years of savings. The most straightforward perspective is that dividends can yield more than bank interest, and that's the extent of it.
anyone building a DIV portfolio should look into O, dividend king and pays monthly
The video I’ve been waiting for! Thank you 🙏
