It's him and his viewers. In the twitch stream there's an option to spend points to have certain songs played, and even more points to permanently add songs to the playlist. The rule is for it to all be videogame related and no risk of DMCA claims.

Not complaining but yet another 10 mythic game. I would love to see Mort try to hit prismatic traits other than mythic and storyweaver.
You’re sort of misunderstanding the situation. Mort doesn’t usually go into games going “I plan to hit exactly this”. Usually in streams he plays the angle he gets, and of the prismatic 10 Mythic is by far the easiest to get, as it only requires 2 spats instead of 3. Thus by simple probability, 10 mythic will be more common and thus the type of prismatic tuber you’re most likely to see.
Next easiest would be 9 umbral, because while it still takes 3 spats, it only needs level 9. Issue is Umbral as a trait is a lot less attractive to play then fated/mythic/storyweaver, so you see less people even bother.

the game is pretty balanced but lux is annoying, other than that theres nothing to complain about

29:52 yes mort, nerf her. Lux is so brain dead for a 2 cost champ. I hit Irelia 3 once but the enemy lux 3 with Shojin blue buff and JG just perma stunned her. My irelia couldn't cast her ult because she has that wind up thingy before she throws her blades. Also I learnee that if you perma stun irelia during her skill animation she becomes useless.
What about, less moaning and more learn to position 😊
