I’m a little confused, but why aren’t the 3 US army reserves soldiers that lost their lives by a drone strike in Jordan on Jan 28 2024 (this year) also included as military loses under his command? Is it because their lives were not lost in “war”? They were on active duty. Why don’t they count? I’m Aussie so I’m just curious. Thanks
