Another excellent video. Would love to see one on the ghost of high heart character. Not many videos out there on her. Would love to hear you discuss her prophecies and her possible connections to Jenny of old stones and the children of the forest.
Took out Val, Dalla, Harma Dosgshead, Varamyr Sixskins, Stygs son and had Mance take the dumbest reason for Jon joining them. They took out all depth from Mance by removing his speech of his own origins, his infiltrating Roberts retinue and the backstory of the red and black striped cloak.
I'm a 100% convinced Mance is Arthur Dayne. The tower of Joy doesn't seem like it was a fight, but as per George, a conversation. The wildling that heals Mance is Melisandre. Mance wielding that double-handed sword so effortlessly? They don't make 2-handed swords in the wildling army... He wanted to know what it was like having Dawn in his hands. Stannis and Mance talking for hours, seems weird to me. "You don't bend the knee, fine we're done", Stannis knows Arthur! The reason he went to Winterfell as Mance in the start was most likely to store something in Winterfell or retrieve something and knew he'd be back here sooner or later.
At which point was Arthur Dayne described as a *bard* ? Secondly, Arthur Dayne was extremely dedicated to Loyalty and Honor. 2 Points which Mance Rayder opposes as the Wildling King. It would be more believable for Mance to be Rhaegar, but his current character has far too much background development in regard to growing up. The whole Night's Watch knows him and his story as he was raised in the Night's Watch from childhood.
Book Mance is GOAT, still dont understand the people that ship him with Stannis
lol I didn’t know that 😂 that’s honestly the most cursed ship I’ve heard of in a long time
This entire fandom is crazy. They think everyone is either gay or lesbian which is absolutely ridiculous!

i'm going to try and do a video built into the King Aegon V history and lore series, but i suspect she will get her own video.
The freedom to make my own mistakes was all I ever wanted.
Mance's ADwD storyline would have been a huge improvement over what we got in S5
One of the best characters in the book. The show version was ok, but not nearly as good.
Show version was dog water dude
Only thing I liked was the casting. Great actor that they wasted with their bad writing

At least the show didn’t butcher him like they did Euron
He wasn’t burned alive;
He was mercifully shot through the heart with an arrow by Jon Snow, on the show.
First to take the Black 🖤

@drippinwet774 where did you read bard??
I’m an avid book fan. I’ve read them prior to even GoT HbO. But I have to say, I do like some changes made for Tv up until S7.
I was really looking forward to the great sword welding, 7 wives having mance in the books. The show mance was a shadow of his book counterpart.
Mance the stance, never bend the knee
1st to take the Black for House Blackfyre🗡
Sad we didn't give much of the king.
Wait I thought Mance was in the show ?
He was, but his role was greatly reduced & changed.
How did a wildling get red silk?
A ship from Asshai that was destroyed in a storm had the wreckage wash ashore. That's what Mance says in his introduction.
Big walder killed Little walder
The greatest villain in the entire ASOIF history was indeed Dan & Dave aka dumb & dumber
