Well I am sure that IIFT is a really great institute. But I would beg to agree regarding her point on providing on the ground experience. For providing on the ground experience, I think TISS is best, for both ODCL and HRM. In 4 semesters, we have four Field Immersions which are nothing but one-month long internships with 4 different companies. Also, it's taken care that those 4 companies are from different industries so that students can get wide exposure. These Field internships are part of course curriculum itself. Summer internship is also there that happens in the same way as it happens in case of other B-Schools.

great video , but i felt the answers were quite generalised , i wish they would have talked more about foreign trade, subjects , what type of internships are offered , what type of job and role one can expect after mba from iift and how iift is exactly different from other b-schools , what one can expect to learn different in this b-school.
It's way better than the video where you just put the facts and figures about a college. For example: FMS video, you just stated the facts and figures. If possible, make an interactive video about FMS, where you kind of interview and hear from the insider. Thank you insideIIM for everything :-)
