Hi I have a mag 522 box and the guy that was providing the service to my box is no longer answering my calls or route rebooting the box back up because I have a blocked signal if I just change the address to what you just put on the screen is that possible or do I have to pay you to do that? I was explaining how to change portal if there is other portal already added and not working. And i did that because that time gold servece had issue and they changed the portal so just to help. Thanks for your comment .

Hi I have a subscription on mag254 but the box after let's say 6 hours restart the portal by it self. When I try to load the portal it load till half then keep restarting. What cause this problem Can you assist bear in mind that I have a vpn router and have a vpn account active and my box is 254 let's say it's an old one

This mean u have new model and provider not support it. So you have to go with other provider that have server updated. To work with new models

If your box MAG322w1 thats mean you have wifi. But if mag322 only that not have wifi
