The property should be cut up and shown on a sketch plan with road coming in showing right of way. Saying it is without showing the plan doesn’t mean a lot. Talk is cheap. I think you’re doing a great job but try to do better.
Don’t pay these ridiculous prices for land in the Philippines. Just remember one thing, these people on UA-cam don’t drive around looking at land for sale for the viewers convenience. They need to make money and they do so by getting permission from the land owner to post the land for whatever price they want over and above what the owner wants for it. If you want land in the Philippines, go to the Philippines and you will find out the real prices not inflated foreigners prices. Go talk to the locals in an area you like , I talked to a guy in Bohol and the land is going for 200 and 300 per square meter.

Only if they're married to a Filipina. But of course, you don't actually own the land. But you can own the actual house as an expat. Ironically, if your wife should die, you now can own the land.
@@am-filYou may want to read up on the Philippines land inherence law if the Filipina has any offspring as you the foreigner married to a deceased Filipina are not 1st nor 2nd on the order of inherence.

Why not give the land owners contact info? That would probably simplify the buying process I would think.

2,000 sq meters is 1.8 to 1.9 million pesos divided by today's php to USD exchange rate. You can google the exchange rate as it changes daily.

How about water, power access.
water is 30 meters off the land ,power needs to be put in with poles access is deeded (in the title work ) when you buy the land
