So, the damage of Amber's charged attack depends both on her ATK and her Elemental Mastery ? I thought the damge dealt by the charged arrow only depended on the ATK since it's an attack.
Elemental mastery gains importance if the role of a character in the team is to deal bigger damage by triggering a reaction, like the usual Xiangling Vaporize setups.
I mean her fully charged attack deals pyro damage instead of normal physical attack damage so it can be used as an advantage to deal additional elemental reaction damage such as Overload, Melt, Vaporize, or even Burgeon. Yes, the charged attack damage only increases with ATK, and elemental mastery has nothing to do with it if you aren’t triggering elemental reaction. TLDR, so yeah elemental mastery plays an important role on charged bow attack but only if you trigger elemental reaction too
