Plenty of people make this mistake; there's no need to take out all of your pent-up frustration and anger on a single person.

Clint Mansell did call it Requiem for a Dream but the people who made the movie Requiem for a dream changed it to Lux Aeterna. There are a lot of songs just like this one, so this person could have made it but made it similar to another one. Plus I don't see any claim saying the person who posted this version claiming it.
He was probably thinking of Mozart's requiem. Definitely means he ripped this mix of someone else - you can't know a song so well to do this good a remix and not know its provenance.
