This Windows Service enables Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel pen and ink functionality and is required to use the typing and touch features. If you disable this service, you may not be able to type in the Start Menu, Settings, UWP apps, Terminal, etc.
Go to taskbar search. Type services. Click on it to open the app.
A new window will open. Scroll down the list. Look for Touch keyboard and handwriting panel service. Double-click on it.
A new window will open. Set Startup type to automatic. Click on Apply and ok. Restart your PC.
