I lived in east beach White Rock for10 years on Habgood 1058 2 blocks from the beach and never heard the train, and only waited once for one to pass.

Yes, a lot of people become accustomed to the sound and sleep right through it.

I live EB, half block from Marine. You can’t really hear the train.

It’s interesting how people get used to it and block it out. I am curious, do you sleep with your windows open?

You missed saying White Rock proper has artesian wells water, promotes health , no clorine, or fluoride.
