Dios made more versions of Cendrillon but they're remixes, not remakes so they're not shown here.
papiyon also made a MAYU version of Hm? Ah, yes. but it uses the instrumental of the Glorious World version so it counts as a cover, not a remake.
There is a 3rd version of Hyper Reality Show published in February 2023 but I didn't show it here because it's almost identical to the original.
irucaice made a Kotonoha Akane version of POP ENTRANCE but it uses the instrumental of the iceQuarium version so it counts as a cover, not a remake.
The voicebank version used isn't confirmed for some of these songs and it's my guess based on how it sounds and what was available at the time.
I initially was going to put the BPM only for songs where it changed but it felt weird to have it for only some of them so I ended up putting it for every song since I was counting it anyway to see if it changed.

cendrillon remake sounds more well rounded, but ngl the old one was SOO iconic

I actually really like a classical feel with the techno instrumentals that the older one had. It gave it more personality
@@LeonLisowskii Yeah, the previous iterations incorporated a strange fusion of techno and faux-operatic elements that would've clashed had Dios P been a lesser producer. That's the thing I love about Vocaloid music. Producers aren't afraid to take risks and, like you said, give songs a bit of personality.
The remake is more ball dance accurate, but the og makes you feel like you're in the ball

initially i thought using Miku for mosaik role was a bit silly considering how iconic GUMI was for that song, but looking back i suppose Miku is kind of DECO*27's most used vocaloid nowadays so it makes sense
Yeah, but personally, it lost its old charm and kinda remade it using the mold that most of his songs how use. Still like him as an artist, but I personally find the original better

"most used vocaloid nowadays" seems like understatement. i don't think he even touched any other vocaloid than miku in greater half of the decade

My fav remake has got to be deep sea girl(yuuyu-p). The tuning and overall instrumental in the 2022 one had improved so much from the 2010 and it feels so much more emotional
My favorite glow-up is definitely Pop Entrance! It sounds so much fuller and well-balanced! The effect on Miku's voice works perfectly with the song, too.
I actually really love the rough sound of the original E Aa Sou. The remade versions just don’t hit as hard

Thing is that one has entirely different lyrics. So it's more of a remix.
@@yabe-kfptentacultist deco only changed the lyrics for the last part and majority of the song has the same lyrics as before!
Fun fact: There’s a jazz/bossanova version of No Gekishou in Magical Mirai 2015 album! It’s for Miku’s 8th anniversary and honestly the song is so fun to listen to given the clashing of the smooth instrumental and Miku singing at the speed of light.
Maybe if this gets a sequel you can include Paired Wintry Winds.

Electrostatic Human is a song by Kairiki bear. If you're talking about a remix by a different artist then that's not what the video is about since it's about artists who reworked their own songs.
