He seems to have a huge mental battle and he can’t think clear.
He hesitates too much and good closers don’t. He’s not closing the recruiter’s but everyone deserves a chance.

Actually, it’s called stage fright. Also, the fact of being on camera that will be shown to millions of people has an effect on some, especially if they aren’t used to the glamour and glitz of showbiz. It has nothing to do with the guys individual capabilities to produce as a producer or agent in general. I’m sure he will be seen again. 💪🤙

I understand that. I just got my license because my husband was diagnosed with Cancer. He was the sole bread winner and I homeschooled the kids. Now I'm struggling to keep us afloat. Lots of prayer and determination over here!

I'll be praying for your husband's diagnosis and your situation is most definitely difficult switching from full-time homeschool to full-time work. Thankfully, our God is a loving and good God as much as he is just & fair God. I pray and plead the blood Jesus is over y'all situation in life. I've been in the entrance business for four years now, and it has been one of the biggest blessings towards my family as far as flexibility, income, and being able to help others if you need any support or advice or any of us who are here to help

@@ezra3695Thank you! 🙏🏼 God is so good. He led me to this and it made perfect sense. We had nothing to protect us from undue hardship and now I can help others from making my same mistakes. Now I just need to try to find clients! That seems to be the hardest part. I haven't been out in the world engaging with other adults since before kids. Now I'm trying to book networking events and join hobbies to build relationships, but that's the slow route. This guy went door knocking. I think that's something I'll have to do!

I pray that he not only receive there help but the coaching and therapy. We all saw that was evidently needed.
However, his name alone sounds like a rich insurance agency.
I truly believe that if he does the right thing and works hard and listens to these mentors. He will build a successful agency. I know what’s it like to be in that situation and it sucks, but rock bottom teaches you something if you ask what am I to learn from this and it can release a fire in you to build something massive.
    Praying for you Sir🙏🏾

Inspiration indeed. I have been disabled myself since late '02 & all I want to do is help people. With a TBI it has been difficult for me to try and adapt into this field with socialness, and for people to trust me. Plus my memory is hard to deal with. Learning is a bit difficult for me, but I'm not the kind of person to give up!!

I’m sure the hesitation originated from stage fright, aka the guy has never done anything of this nature before as is obviously evident in his body and verbal language. For a red neck from my part of the Nation, I’d say you rocked it bro! Keep on pushing until YOU get where YOU want to be. And for Gods sake, never listen to a word the haters say. Sad fact is I wonder if any of these grand promises were even honored. The questions that the guy had trouble with were literally life-changing and life altering. I see leadership written all over the guy, albeit subtle and unique, and he proved he could make life changing decisions on a whim. THAT my friend is where the gold is at. As far as “closing” the recruiters, a close wasn’t needed as he clearly proved he’s in a crappy position, but he’s still not selling out or willing to accept a life of mediocrity. I think the dude rocked it. His name will be known very soon.

This was super uncomfortable to even watch I feel like dude literally had no clue what he was talking about at all. I felt kinda bad for him he was clearly trying to BS his way through it instead of just being honest and saying he had no clue what he was taking about. I don’t think he answered one single question that was asked of him. Was super confused just watching lol
