I really love watching your videos you have given me so many cool ideas for my enclosures . I also had open heart surgery 4 years ago I have a mechanical valve. I definitely understand what your going threw.
Everything is so beautiful ! I can't believe that in 2020 people have to sell things or pay in order to have the fundamental human right of health... Good luck and stay healthy !
Mitsuki is absolutely beautiful love …I literally just came across your channel and all your snakes are cool AF …you seem like a really good owner too so Thanks for the great informative videos …def gonna stay up to date with your channel and just wanted to wish you the best going forward with your health x👍🏼
Can you link where you got the climbing accessories and other things for the enclosures? I am having a really hard time finding things to put inside my ball pythons enclosure.
Go on Amazon and u can look up ball python hides, u should have somthing for them to climb on (they don't need it but they enjoy it) and u should also have a humid hide (look up snake discovery humid hide to learn how to make it) and ur bp will love it :)
Your enclosures are so cute !!! and your reptiles look beautiful ! Really cool species too ( specially the FWC, she's my dream snake ). Sad to hear you had to part with some of your reptiles to pay your surgery... The US health system is really unfair. Hope you get well soon !
I noticed that You mentioned Your False Water Snake is Rear Fanged and Venomous. My question to You is. Did You have to get a Venomous Permit in order to have it as a pet ?
I absolutely agree it's very possible to make racks better. Tho I would give them more to do. A hide and foliage. And would change it to see trough tubs for a natural day night cycle. I prefer giving animals all they need except for just basics but it can work. Ball pythons are actually amazing climbers so that's why I would never recommend a tub for anyone else then a breeder. ;)
Shannon's Exotics Ball pythons don’t need a natural day/night cycle. They have a very strong circadian rhythm and no exactly when day/night is and the grey’d out tubs help them feel safe and secure. They spend majority of their time in the wild in dark tight spaces with no sunlight.
Ball pythons are fine in dark tubs as they spend days inside termite mounds, thus removing the need daylight, adding daylight means they also need hides. No daylight = no hides and more room to put decorations. Ball pythons are also not designed for climbing are not good at it.
Random question... does that many reptiles make your room smell weird? Seriously though, I have one young corn snake and looking into getting another, but Im worried my house will end up smelling like a pet store. I'm guessing keeping things clean will prevent that. I just know a lot of pets like hamsters, rabbits and such make the house stink. Thank you!
I once got up to 2 snakes and a lizard in 1 room, and yes, unfortunately it smelled, unless you do a complete cleaning and sanatizing 3 or more times a week. I found with just 1 tank in a room, daily spot cleaning and 1 weekly full clean was enough
I think it’ll smell a lot less if you go bioactive. I keep two garter snakes in a 40 breeder in my dining room and they have no smell. Their enclosure smelled when I kept them on newspaper or aspen shavings. Corns are much bigger than garters, but I think bioactive will help a ton. Good luck.
Ok I need advice. I am about to get my first ball python but I want to figure out what enclosure I need before I get the snake. Since I live in a small apartment with roommates that hate snakes, I want an enclosure that uses the least amount of space and is as subtle as possible. I really like the idea of the racking system but I'll only have one snake. Do they make racking systems with one drawer or is there an enclosure I could DIY that does the same thing?
I have heard plastic bens are really good because they hold humidity well. That will probably be what I use when I eventually get one. Edit: I also like the tanks that open from the front because they look nicer than a plastic tub.
I would reccommend to get a tub like she has as a permanent home, just make sure to make it bigger to ensure ur baby having a happy life. You could make a DIY glass enclosure aswell that would look more pleasant than a plastic tub.
You seem to be a very meticulous person. Did you know that you can buy something called edge banding for the edge of those plywood shelves? It is applied using heat from a basic iron.
Aspen moulds so fast and using it to hold humility is the dumbest thing ever let alone, no hides, no tubes or wood only a few fake leaves and a water fish SMH
I'm so upset, I ordered one of those racks LAST YEAR after seeing a video you posted about them. I was supposed to receive it in 8-9 weeks but I'm still waiting. Then I JUST got an email saying they're going out of business and to talk to my bank about requesting my money back 😭😭
It is beyond fucked up that you have to pay for your necessary surgeries. My son has pulmonary valve stenosis and he also had a pda for the first month but that closed up and then made the pressure go up even more. His leaflets were domed (still are) and fused, so they had to do a balloon valvuloplasty when he wasn't even 2 months old. Scared the crap out of me even though in the realm of heart procedures that is probably the most minimally invasive one, but he had a very hard time waking up from the anesthesia and even the nurse was getting really worried and letting me know so that freaked me out. The healthcare system in this country is absolute shit. I wish I could go back to germany but we're stuck in this place. 🤬 I'm really sorry you had to sell your animals because of your operations. That is awful. Nobody should have to do that. I have chronic pain and sometimes it makes you wonder why people that are already screwed seem to get fucked over even more. It's a battle for me to get my meds every month. The stuff I've dealt with... I've been treated like dirt over having to take pain meds. It's just all screwed up. All of it. I hope you can eventually expand your collection again to make up for your losses
Ok I'm actually shocked you keep a venomous snake. Yikes. I love snakes but I couldn't do venomous. You don't have a lock on her enclosure? I've never seen a rhino rat snake before. She is amazing wow!
This is such a beautiful room
A bedroom/reptile room only a queen would have ( u DA QUEEN !!)

If you don't live in the US, you can get a pretty similar metal shelf at Ikea
Thank you! 😊
Liv Ingrid Jensen thats mi name
Can it hold 40 gallon tanks

Runs off to clean my room…🔥♥️🔥♥️🔥♥️🔥♥️..I have the 4 shelf from Home Depot…it fits a 30g long perfectly.
Wonderful enclosures. Your snakes and gecko are beautiful.
I would recommend using a UVB bulb on your Rhino Rat snake, because UVB doesn't fully go through window glass.
AMAZING collection and setups! Such great species
Contents aside, you look lovely and you sound lovely. Hope for your recovery

I'm just mad that her tubs are barebones basically, yet she's preaching about tub size. Lol.

iPr0hax ball pythons are semi arboreal and are great climbers
So pretty love it oh and dude is my favorite
Love your channel. Hope to see more videos :)
18:20 WHY IS NOBODY STILL TALKING ABOUT THIS?! dumbest thing ever, aspen moulds so fast
How you call the thing where you keep the rest of ur snakes??.
Another great video. Sending prayers your way for good health. Take care.

Riley Williamson you can start out in a 10 gal but will eventually need a 40 gal

Where do you get those snake racks
in my country your health insurance which you wouldve got automatically when you turned 18 wouldve covered every cent of that also nice reptile room
Love this !
kaiju got a massive head
Where did you get that rack with the grey tubs?
What brand of radiant heat panel is that?
I love your set up
How is the snake rack heated ?
I'm sorry about your health issues. Thank you for the video and for being so wonderful to your animals. You have beautiful set ups❤
You seem to be a very meticulous person. Did you know that you can buy something called edge banding for the edge of those plywood shelves? It is applied using heat from a basic iron.
Nice setups! And you made some great points regarding the tubs 👌🏼
Beautiful new scrib

That's what i was thinking ): at least put some enrichment on the ground like leaf litter. The tubs also seem a little small.
I have that same funko pop
He is tiny !!!!!!! 🥰🥰😍Is he a adult ? Of corse I mean your knob tail gecko 🦎

Don’t worry hognose venom isn’t dangerous for people
You should get a bearded dragon
Yesss
U shouldn’t keep ball pythons on aspin

I've never seen a rhino rat snake before. She is amazing wow!
It’s not lethal. It’s like a bee sting. And it’s rear fanged so it’s gotta “chew” on you
