To the person reading this.. you are a diamond who is strong as hell but bright as sun.. very few people will recognise the true you, sometimes no one will understand you, judge you, say all the negative words about you, it can feel like nobody really appreciates the fact that you are present in this world.. but u should always know your worth. U r one of the strongest person. U just hv to stand up on your own n fight ur own demons.. you are brave n capable of anything you wish for..
Ironically, I lived a life that centered on the feelings of others. Instead of expressing my feelings frankly, I thought I had to live a happy life that would require suppressing my feelings to avoid making problems.
At the same time, I firmly believed that my inner anxiety or nervousness should not be revealed. I tried to think positively or forced a smile on my face, hiding my unease and pretending not to know.
There were feelings that discomforted me, that I knew I should not be feeling, yet whenever those feelings arose, I would deny myself and suffer....
I thought this was the right way, but reality told me the contrary. I became more vulnerable. I started to use the "Intended mindfulness playlist' and got much better. It really works 😌-)

I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy 7 weeks ago. This has been the hardest thing to deal with. I learned about this peaceful music through acupuncture. It’s so relaxing. So I say thanks for the music, I listened to this music this today just a few hours to dawn and I must say it caused me to have the best dreams I have ever had. In my first dream I got into my house, was not expecting anyone to be home, but when I went upstairs and started to undress, just when I had removed my trousers, I noticed two mobile phones that were on and being charged...I desperately needed to dress up but couldn't remember where my denims were.
on my second dream I was in this home by a fir and pine forest I saw a lot of animals, I made sounds that made them all come near me, I then realised that there were wild animals too and I desperately made other sounds that made them run away from my presence. I then saw a lot of beautiful ladies that were practicing singing and they kept repeating the song their song was heavenly, I then saw the band master dismiss them at the end of the practice and they all came to the house I was in, I then notice that among them was one of my long lost girl friend. I then noticed that in the house were a lot of men that were relatives of my lost gf and they were rich but with no morals at all, they eat food straight from the serving dishes...I also did not fail to notice that the had burning jealous about the relationship with my gf...then I woke up...and the music was still playing, now I feel relaxed and ready to face the day.
He could belt out that voice man !! Legendary with that one song. Incredible guitar riffs too 🎸🎶
