this was incredible. thank you to whoever produced it. i think emma hayes is far, far from perfect, but i feel so grateful as an american to call her my manager, and i feel so grateful as a women's football fan that she is such a massive part of this game. what a person.
I’m not a huge fan of women’s football but I always liked Emma Hayes the plain speaking Londoner. I think her coaching is giving the USWNT more borrowed time. I think when England correct the huge mistake of the FA in the turning women’s football into a rich white girl sport and more working class and black girls have access to the elite coaching and academies, I feel England will be beyond the USA in technique and skill and will have the athletes to match the USA. England still hasn’t transitioned when the best female athletes play football because they have excluded black girls from elite coaching in the professional era.
Good luck mate. The women’s system in the US is continuing to build a machine and big money is starting to push even bigger development. They have an embarrassment of riches especially on the forward lines and back end. If they get that same type of talent shored up in the mid field it will be pure dominance for at least another generation or two. Not to mention we have THE best coach in the women’s game, and possibly all of soccer/futbol.
Is not the color or race. Look at the men’s game. The best team over the year. The Argentine. The Italy. The France. The Brazilian the German. The Spain. They win not because they have large amount of certain color player Don’t be so shallow
@ colour is an issue because Argentina only won the World Cup because of referees favouring them. Italy was eliminated in the first round of the Euros and not qualified for a World Cup in 12 years. Spain’s best players were the black players and the last 7 champions league winners had majority players colours teams. With the exception of Argentina the top 8 teams have black star players. Your ego cannot deny the truth.
@@mracer8 Agreed but when it comes to coaching it's a really a problem since the costs for the category A licence skyrocketed in recent years. The purpose is to have competence, not to coach because you can afford the license. Perhaps we are missing geniuses like Pep because they are just too poor to afford things which wealthier citizens take for granted
Bill Shankly said "Some people believe football is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed with that attitude. I can assure you it is much, much more important than that". This video would seem to prove it.

Saw a video yesterday where Emma was at a Tottenham Hotspur guys training session talking to their manager Ange Postecoglou, now I know why lol.
