Not sure if you've read or are familiar with the novel The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde but I thought it might be interesting to see what you think the painting of Dorian would look like especially as he rotes. I know this sort of thing isn't your usual style but it goes along with the portraits you do and a time lapse you could even create with it. Just thought I would LOVE what YOU could come up with.

Are you still doing #drawmelena and I love your videos so much I get mesmerized every time I watch this. You're such an inspiration, even though I suck at painting your videos always encourage me to keep on going and trying and it definitely is getting better.
Great painting! And inspiring as always! Your music and your speaking is a little unbalanced in volume... easy to fix though with the Normalize function, in a free software like Audacity, applied to your sound recordings. Have a nice day Lena!

Thats so beautiful! I've been really wanting to get into watercolor. What type of papers do you use to paint on with the watercolor? Can you use a canvas?
Use paper made for water colour, i wouldn't use canvas, as the water will soak into it rather quickly.
There are canvases made for watercolor. It's not the same kind used for oil or acrylic. You could also use watercolor paper. ....oh sorry you were asking Lena what she uses.
