Ingredients:
. 1kg basmati rice
. 1kg chicken
. 3 medium onion thick chopped
. 2green chili slited
. 1/2 tsp shahi jeera, 1/2 tsp cumin for sauteying
. Base masala (ginger, garlic, green chili, green coriander, clove, cinnamon, black & green cardamom, black pepper)
.3 potatoes
. fried onions
. green coriander
. 400 gm dahi
. 2 tomatoes
. 3 Tbs refined oil & 2 Tbs ghee
.salt as per your taste
For Raita:
. 500 gm Dahi
.1tsp roasted cumin powder
.1/4 tsp sugar
.1/4 tsp black salt
.1/4 tsp red chilli powder
.Green coriander & fried onion
.plain salt as per your taste
