I've made many shelf liner wreaths. For Halloween. I sprayed painted it orange once mounted on wreath before decorating. Then added battery operated lights and decorations. Just note it does take a few days to " dry" as it's initially a bit tacky when paint is first applied. Came out awesome and well received by the recipient I gave to.
