I'm stressed right now Rei, but your vlogs makes me happy. I stop making vlogs, paint/draw and cooking. Nawalan talaga ako ng gana sa lahat ng mga bagay na love kung gawin dahil sa sobrang stress. Now, I'm trying to fix things sa self ko and humahanap ng way saan hahanap ng pera for my remaining balance sa tuition ko sa graduate studies. Gusto ko nahuminto sa pag-aaral ng masteral kasi financially nahihirapan ako now mag bounce back. Pagod nako sa life, sa pagiging anak, panganay at ako palagi tinatakbuhan ng mga taong kakilala ko when they need help, sad to say pag ako yung may probs wala akong matakbuhan. It’s funny when you give life advices it makes me cry a little. (Don’t get me wrong I’m not a basher) I really envy your work/life, i know it’s wrong like what you’ve said but the fact that you could give yourself the break that you, your body, your mind needs. You can pause your life and start whenever your feeling it. You have the control. But for us normal people working hard is not enough, like me I’m a hcw I cannot tell myself to take a break, I need to tell my mind that I should be okay the next day like nothing happened when in fact I’m still not, I’m still confused, scared, pressured & stressed. It’s so easy to tell that you’re not in hurry, to trust self when in reality you just have to accept and be contented.

Ang ganda ng quality ng paper plus yung feels ng notebook overall 💛 One of the things I wrote down in my Lula planner is a habit tracker 🤧 It's satisfying and fulfilling to tick off those little boxes. And also, it kind of help me appreciate my little achievements and progress 🤧 Waiting for my another Lula Notebook for my movie/anime/book journal journey 🙈

Wala na po ako malapitan kundi kayo na lang po kaya naglakas loob na po ako magmessage para po sa Papa ko. Lumapit na rin po kami sa kamag-anak namin wala rin po sila maitulong dahil nawalan din sila ng trabaho dahil sa pandemic. Sinubukan na po kasi ng Mama ko na humingi ng tulong sa government pero every 3 months lang po sila nagbibigay at yung naipon po nila na-ubos na po. Marami pa po proseso at laboratory ang kailangan para ma-chemotherapy at radiotherapy si Papa kaya humihingi po ako tulong para po sa medical/financial assistance po ni Papa. Ayoko na po kasi makita si Papa umiiyak sa sakit na iniinda niya po at yung itsura po nila na nawawalan ng pag-asa dahil wala po kaming pera pampagamot niya. Please po humihingi po ako tulong medical/financial assistance para po sa Papa ko para po gumaling na siya. Maraming Salamat po sa inyong pang-unawa at hoping na mapansin niyo po ito.

super relate po ako sa first part (and sometimes i base my worth on how productive i am), and this year i promise myself that i should be the one to create my own timeline. && super proud that it helped me to not be overwhelm with a lot of things that i want and need to do. january is not yet done but i can say na i really felt those 31 days. may nakita po kasi akong video no'n, ang sabi is u should have 3 drinks on your study/work table. for fun, energizer, and what u really need. and i applied it on what i do each week. in one week i should have at least finish 1 k-drama for my energizer (happens during weekends), i create/thrift flip 1 cloth for fun, i finished my schoolworks during weekdays that is a must, and i added two which is i make sure that i made progress on what i am writing (a book) and finished reading a book (2-3 hours per day, and would usually be finish approx 2-3 days). now that i am actually saying this, hindi ako makapaniwala HAHAHAHAHAHA. the key to be this productive is to really pause whenever you feel overwhelm. i always let myself be lazy for 1 day per week, to really rest. magsscroll lang ako sa social media the whole day or would spend time with my family and friends.

I always felt guilty whenever I'm late watching your vlogs 😭 but then, always remember that my support is still here love 😘
