yea.i was looking for teardown video and couldnt find any so i make one. it sound really really good after i did line out hack for left and right channel.
These devices aren’t really user serviceable. Unless you really know what you’re doing there’s no point in even trying. Contact Sonos support, or look for an electronics repair shop.
first of all cover bolt sonos use srew with somekind of glue. i had to damage one screw to uncrew it. i am not sure only my sonos have that issue. otherwise you can just reverse order to put it back together.
I would like to connect my beam to operate at 12v in a motorhome. Does anyone know the voltage it operates at after the internal transformer, and has anyone done similar?
Don’t modify your gear, the power supply almost certainly doesn’t output 12V, and the electrical supply of a gas or diesel engine vehicle is very dirty. Get an inverter instead to transform DC12V to whatever voltage AC current your national grid uses.
My Beam has a blown speaker on the left side. Any thoughts on a good replacement speaker I can use to swap it out with? Its the rectangular 2.25" x 3" speaker/driver.
@@xxtoon sorry for no reply.. it was 6ohm woofer they use. there is no video i make but side woofer i took out i put it in home made encloser and play with it they were play just good as single speaker with lot of power. simply you can add any 6ohm woofer that can fit it in sonos. but you will need to mode it...
Thank you. I was looking for teardown videos earlier and you seem to be the first one!

Hi, my beam doesn't turn on when plugged in. Do you think I can do a teardown and fix something, or I should just get rid of it? Thank you so much

Hey at 2:24 you disconnected the components, are you able to show you put this part back together?

Can you do a Sonos arc teardown?
Can we have Gen 2 Beam now please?
yes, please, gen 2
Any easier way to disable side speakers other than cutting the wires?
most east way to disconnect side spear is dis connect wire. but with disconnect wire you and connect other speaker.....
