I live in a city that has a fairly big East Indian population. I had several E.I. friends (sadly gone now) who would cook and share their meals with me but only the main food. Never dessert. However, our large markets now stock frozen E.I. foods and I have tried Gulab Jamun which I absolutely love. I came here looking to see what Rasmalai was. It is also available but doesn't say on the box what it is. I guess they figure you know. Well now that I know I will definitely trying it. Thanks so much for posting.

@@ritikachetri3924 Better and safe way is you covered very nicely with heavy cloth and put the mixer in a hot place , like in the kitchen in a shelf .. no need to put in low heat on flame .. you put the mixer in a place where is little hot and not in floor because floor anways cooler .. and leave it for whole night atleast 12 hours for better result , dnt touch the mixer after , check 12 hours later.. if you move the mixer it will not give resilt .. .. onece its done put it in fridge for 5/6 hours then enjoy ..

Put it in a place where is heat produce .. like in the kitchen in a shelf ...

Emmm yum yum! What did you add as garnish over the Chom Chom? Also you used vinager sometimes and lemon juice sometimes, why? is there a difference?
If you are indian or pakistani then may be you know this thing .. in hindi urdou its call "khoya" .. in bangla it's call "mawa" ..
And vinegar , lemon do the same thing .. no differance..
