Very informative video on both of these . I’ve have one I picked up from the thrift store that’s most likely between these 2 models. I’ll be getting that one going in 2 weeks
Thank you! I looked and relassey doesn’t have the individual bulbs currently. But they do have this fixture which includes 2 of the same bulbs. I have this fixture, it’s nice. Here’s the link. amzn.to/3Poq1Ji
Great comparison. May want to try some retro brite on the yellowish older one. Should bring the color back. I think you may have bought up all the sprouts out there. One I don’t have but am keeping an eye out because of your brick seek video.
I hope you can find one. They are pretty cool. The seed starting system, for 15 at a time, works really well too. Thanks for the tip on getting that discoloration off.
Yeah, it is. I'm looking at the new one now in my office, and I can see it from a few feet away. I'm wondering if they made it smaller for algae concerns?
@@pepperdactyl I think that's exactly why they did it. I always ended up putting black tape over all but a small strip of the tank on the old models to prevent algae growth. It's not a huge problem if you only have one unit, but if there are any other lights nearby it'll grow algae pretty reliably.
Sure glad your back in the saddle again. Sadly no deals in my neck of the woods on those. Great video Peter !
Thanks, Barry!
Go Peter go! go go go! thank you … love what you do for us… 😁
Thanks, Patrick!
These are great. When plants are fruiting in the main Aerogarden, you can have your next batch already going in these
Yes, lots of applications with these. They are great for growing out herbs too.

Thanks, Rob. I bet you have the first version LED model.
Cool comparison !
Thanks!
Thanks, very informative.
Thank you.
Sorry to bug you again, but do you have an updated Amazon link to the Relassy LED? I would love to buy from your affiliate link! Thanks!

Great comparison! The water level seems much easier to see on the older model. Have you noticed that too?

My local Wally had 5 of each model on the shelf, none of them on clearance!
That sucks. Did you check my video on locating them in your area? There might be a Walmart within driving distance that has them.
@@pepperdactyl Yup, brickseek says nothing is available within my zip. That's why BS is very YMMV.
