I love seeing new people introduced to the sport. After their first ride you usually here “I wasn’t even cold”. People who don’t snowmobile don’t realize the workout you get while riding. Great segment.
This video was super helpful! I’m about to go snowmobiling for the first time ever soon, & I’m a little nervous. This video made me feel much better & more excited about the experience!
First of all you have to drill it into them new riders to drive on the right hand side of the trail at ALL TIMES!! Driving down the center on a strait stretch trenches the trails and wrecks them and groomers hate it! Well I don't have to tell you what driving down the center does in the twisty trails does, if i have to tell you then you probably shouldn't be on the trail to start with!! Trail riding is not a race course where you can use right side and left.. I don't know how many times I almost got hit by idiots driving down the center and even on my side where I had to go off trail to avoid the morons hitting me!! If you can't stay on the RIGHT SIDE you're driving to fast and not confident and skilled rider! I ride a 23 year heavy a(S old triple and if I can keep the right ski on the right edge of the trail you should be able to with these new fancy supposedly good handling sleds!
Should need a driver training course like street bikes to many donkeys that can buy a 20,000 sled with crazy hp and go drive down the center of the trail 🤦
Your right you need them on quads to a certain age. That’s when you see them on the trail side educate them a bit. I know people riding for 20 plus years who do that or line up on the middle of a trail.
