Really like the new intro says everything about your channel 👍. Also the metal finish on the B17 is really good especially the difference in the panels. Looking forward to seeing the scharnhorst back but understand you have to get things finished, it's a shame the buddy build came to a end would have been great to see the comparison and approach you both took but it doesn't take anything away from the interest of watching you build. All the best 👍

Hi Jason, great video. I like the new intro. I will have to try a silicone mat. I did away with a lined mat a while back. The one I am now using is some kind of faux leather. It works ok, but they are getting dirty. Your plane models are looking great. I'm glad you got your camera to work for live streaming. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Jeff

Hi Jason, great table talk.
I built the Robbins about 18 months ago and found the plastic the most inflexible due to the hardness of the plastic and found Tamiya extra thin had issues joining it together but I'm sure you'll do a great job on those birds.
yep thin poly cements wont cut it with some of the old kits same as the old Airfix 1/12 figures made from glue resistant plastic 🤣

I believe the other bird set was bullfinches, vaguely remember seeing the bird sets in shops back in the day, but if they were next to spitfires, 109s, or mustangs and I had limited pocket money.......
well you know how that was going to turn out!
unfortunately, my B17 build won't make the deadline, I've decided to completely re work the cheek windows/gun positions, as I had put the kit pieces in upside down! but the reason was they just don't fit if you try to put them in the right way, so I'm going to scratch build something better. once thats done it should get finished quite quickly, got the green stripes painted on mine and i used tamiya masking tape for curves in 2 mm for the black down the tail.

I am still building. I am sorry to say I won’t be done in time. I am hoping to be done by the middle of July at the earliest. It’s the final painting of the metal finish will be my issue.

I did the Black prince, Oliver Cromwell and Julius ceaser

Great intro. In the way of constructive feedback. When I do this sort of thing I alway make the first edit too long. I’m betting you could half that length and make it far more punchy. It does no harm to try and if you do t like no harm done.
I agree you should have seen how long it was to start with lol, its making it work with music too thats almost a bigger challenge, thanks for the eedback

Enjoyed the video Jason looking forward to seeing the stuff coming this week. I can also understand in a way. I got the 1/200 aircraft carrier the USS Hornet. Although I heavily debating when I will eventually build her. Or if I should just sell her and eventually buy the 1/200 HMS Hood, but still haven’t really thought about it much.
