Corel Draw Tips & Tricks Reduce Clipart before you Trace

Thanks for this, Doug. I am a little confused, though.
Does one reduce the clip art image to the size of one's project (presuming that your project requires a smaller clip art image than the original you have brought in to CD), or do you then re-sample (or simply drag) the new, smaller, better quality clip art image to the size the new project requires (even if that is bigger)?
