Attorney here. What about when an individual govt employee ignores the law or is operating outside the scope of his authority? And what about when a State govt.'s laws mandate conduct that is in violation of the U.S. Const.? And what about when you are only suing for prospective injunctive relief? These are things that make your "notice and timeline" advice inapplicable and misleading. You are leaving out a ton of issues.
The government has transferred a bunch of long term government housing tenants into the private sector.. they have dumped us with them and we aren't being regulated properly.. hundreds of us have had to go to Doctors for stress. Can we sue the government for some type of duty of care NEGLIGANCE... ?
What about when the government privatises a bunch of mentally ill people who arent being regulated correctly. Can we sue for that? Without telling us that's what they done!
What sort of lawyer do you need to sue the government for a mistake of transferring thousands of public housing tenants into private hands and causing stress to thousands of people to need doctors and then not regulating them correctly.. And thousands are complaining but they denying it with a script which is exactly the same as the post office SCANDAL situation.. I don't know what lawer I need. This is worse than the post office SCANDAL because we are all mentally impaired issues of trauma etc and they have a duty of care which they've neglected
Fight it. If they violated your rights and you have proof then you're good. Know your constitutional rights because that triumphs the government and state that writes their bs policies.
If you can't legally sign a document prior to being 18 yet then nothing you say on the internet should be taken seriously because you can't agree to the terms legally
Thanks!

Seeing of what people put people though with complete threats seems harsh danger pay
It looks like I need to go to the dupage county courthouse and file a lawsuit
So what happens when they give you the run around beyond that time? You just lose out.

I have a BETTER idea !
Create SEVERE and IMMEDIATE consequences to their actions, forget long, drawn out paper shuffles
