We enjoy ur post, hello Mrs C Lo. My son and his wife purchased the same model home as you and are having issues with washer socket tripping the breaker. Today they matched the 20 amp breaker with a 20 amp socket and the washer still trips the breaker. Developer claims it is the washer but it was checked also. What type of washer do you have and did you have this issue? We believe it is a problem with the wiring but they are giving us the run around. Thank for responding.
Hello Truth Seeker. Sorry to hear about that issue 😒. Tell you the truth I'm not sure what type of washer I have, believe it's a Kenmore but we haven't had any issues with the house. Underneath the kitchen sink on the cabinet door should be a list of all the trades that built the house. I would contact the electrical installer trades.
