My original device was repaired and it had some issues where the screen wasn't fully attached so I ended up getting a replacement which I believe is a brand-new device or a refurbished one as it had no battery cycles and it looked to be a new condition I didn't have any issues with the replacement device.
Would I be able to get the same phone or watch replacement if I claim accidental damage, for example broken back glass and/or broken screen? I also have Apple Care +, thanks ✌🏻
I'm trying to put a claim on my phone because I am not able to use snapchat for whatever reason. It locks me out, but when I log on another phone it works. I even changed my sim card, but it happens to be my own phone that doesn't allow me to use snapchat. I'm just trying to figure out what type of claim to put, so I can get a brand new device.

I do have an important question. The box has the IME from my new phone. Should I remove that before I send it back ? Meaning should I remove those labels that has the info of my new phone or did you left it there ?
I believe they sent refurbished products but with apple refurbs are basically brand new products. I bought my iPad refurbished and it is literally like new apart from the packaging there’s no way you could tell at all I’d be satisfied
I bought an iPhone 13 pro max this year and ever since I bought it the GPS failed so after a lot of tests apple finally told me to drop it off at an apple store (I'm not in usa) and that the store would send them my phone and they would send apple my "new" device, so they technically told me it would be replaced but the store told me that apple might go ahead and fix it instead of replacing it not sure what to expect.
Tried to blur my address with the automated tool but accidentally did my face too. It's not possible to select the length of time the blur is there for.

I am not 100% sure, your best bet is to go into Apple Store, they usually know the process

They will send you a replacement device that is the same model
if you don't mind me asking, what claim did you put on how you device was defective that they ended up sending you a new phone?

The camera had an issue where at night time it would have dead pixels you could see when taking photos & videos.

depends on the region you are doing this in, I did it in AU, best to follow the email apple sends with the steps that are on that.

I just left it and shipped it back. No issues if it had the old imei

That would be frustrating having your phone break like that, in my experience, they do generally tend to repair the iPhones if they can do so.
So what happens if you send it out on the 10th day? Will I have to pay the full amount!
I am unsure, I would reach out to Apple support and they would probably give you some leeway if you need it.

You actually don’t need apple care for express replacements.
Depends on the country, in Australia where I am from this is the case.
