How I WOULD WRITE Apology Tour! - A Helluva Boss Season 2 Theory and Prediction / Fan Episode

- Welp, Helluva Boss Season 2 Episode 7 Mammon's Magnificent Musical Mid Season Special is set to release on Halloween Night, which is also the 3 year anniversary of Helluva Boss as a series! On top of that, Hazbin Hotel has an official release date with a trailer and the release of the full song Happy Day in Hell on music streaming services! Not to mention that the last HB episode Oops was a sure fire step in the right direction for Vivziepop content! Seems like everything is going well for her so far! So to celebrate all her progress in terms of her channel and just her impact on indie animation in general, I decided to write my own little theory / prediction on what I hope happens in my favorite revealed Season 2 title; Apology Tour! I'm really hoping this is gonna be a Blitzo x Verosika story where Blitz tries to make amends for his history as a terrible boyfriend. I think I included some nice essentials here! Like a new song, a Loona x Moxxie subplot, an excuse to finally give Millie a proper episode that runs alongside it, some dark and emotional undertones, some quiet moments and the same style of humor everyone loves but in smaller doses. ^^ I even managed to work that beer clinking emoji in there! Overall, I had a ton of fun writing this one and I hope you guys enjoy listening to it! Likes and comments are appreciated!
P.S. - I know we've still got 2 episodes ahead of us, that being Mammon's musical thingy and Full Moon but I wanted to get this out early instead of releasing it alongside apology tour and then being proven wrong pretty much immediately. And hey, if we do end up being wrong, we can just call this a straight up fan episode! ^^
P.S.S - I can't be the only one who's interested in Blitzo x Verosika right? I mean I know Blitzo x Stolas and Moxxie x Millie are the show's big shipping tickets and Fizzarolli x Asmodeus is absolutely adorable, but this ship is still really interesting right? RIGHT?!
P.S.S.S - I'll get back to stuff like Amazing Digital Circus soon. I just really wanted to celebrate the first indie show to get me hooked cause it means a lot to me. ^^

season one was a steady incline upwards in quality with a lot of promise for the show's future
season two's first few episodes didn't quite meet those expectations and felt more like weird fanfics given a budget than actual episodes
"Oops" was pretty good, so here's to hoping that was just a hiccup from hiring a new writer or something

Yeah not gonna Hold my hopes about Apology Tour being THIS well written. I mean it’s gonna be decent at best but probably not this emotional.
But I could be wrong, I mean OOPS was probably a Pretty good step from the first couple episodes at least.
Edit: I mean the last two episodes made Fizzaroli one of my favorite characters so knows how much they could change Verosika when it comes.

I thought I’d put this here. The “sinsmas” episode most likely won’t happen directly after the previous. It seems more like a fun adventure with the characters during Christmas.
I really excited for that one. Mostly because I hope Christkind the Christmas angel or Krampus the Christmas devil shows up.

I thought it would be more focused on all the Sins celebrating Christmas together. I also thought about it being a parody of "A Christmas Carol" starring Mammon as a Scrooge-like character.

Er...as detailed and imaginative as this outline is, I have a major problem with it. Even if Blitzo owes it to Verosika to make up for the pain he's caused her, he doesn't need to suffer *that much*. While I have no doubt that Blitzo was as selfish in his relationship with Verosika as she claims, nothing that's happened in the show so far has convinced me that he deserves intense humiliation at her hands. Insisting that he pay off her credit card would be one thing; wanting him to subject himself to intentional cruelty would be quite another. Unless Blitzo was demeaning and insulting Verosika at every opportunity in addition to maxing out her credit card and declining to please her sexually, the retribution you envision would be grossly disproportionate. Deliberately causing him emotional pain would make Verosika an abuser. She'd be doing the same sort of things to him that Stella did to Stolas, and if "Apology Tour" played out as described in this video, that would amount to the narrative rewarding Verosika for abusive behavior. The episode would just be a mean-spirited revenge fantasy for people who wanted to torture their exes.
(Just in case anyone wants to argue that Loona is equally bad to Blitzo: Verosika isn't Loona. No explanation that can be given for Loona's treatment of Blitzo works for the version of Verosika described in this video. Blitzo was never in a position of power over Verosika [just the opposite, in fact]; the show did nothing to imply that Blitzo triggered any trauma responses in Verosika; and Loona isn't an outright sadist toward Blitzo. Loona resorts to aggression when she feels that Blitzo has violated her boundaries and/or reactivated her trauma, and for all we know, her happy ending will be achieving total financial and physical independence from him and *then* progressing toward a better relationship with him, which can't happen while they're under the same roof.)
Yeah! Exactly, it is kinda feeling weird hearing the stuff and seeing it, but I feel it's going to be VERY different then this. Now sure the idea of him basically tagging along side her for a full music tour could be interesting! And as far as we've seen and what is implied in the show officially, you are correct. There isn't anything to warrant him doing this demeaning and harmful stuff, he's got enough personal shit already!!
Also the B plot with Moxxie and Loona...... I feel that's gonna be addressed in another episode because otherwise its just too much going on!
@@shcdemolisher Thank you. For one thing, if Verosika were to behave as she does in this theory, that would make her a *worse* person than she already is, and she's questionable enough. For another, I don't believe that Blitzo was ever so besotted with Verosika that he would put himself through grueling labor and humiliation for her sake, no matter how guilty he felt about what he did to her. It just doesn't seem likely that he ever saw Verosika as his soulmate. She might have been deeply in love (or infatuated) with him, but was the feeling actually mutual?
Also, in the tweet that revealed the upcoming S2 episodes' titles, the emoji next to "Apology Tour" was a mug of beer. Whether or not a Verosika concert tour features in S2E9, alcohol will. Maybe Blitzo will meet some of the people he's wronged, such as Verosika and Barbie Wire, over drinks, and they'll try talking over their problems?
As for Moxxie and Loona, I agree with you once again. Unless "Apology Tour" is another half-hour episode, a B-plot like that probably can't be packed into it.

Yeah, while what Verosika does in the theory is outright inhuman and degrading, we all know what type of person Blitzo is from the latest episodes. (more specifically, "Oops.") Remember the scene in "Oops" where Blitzo just says that, "I'd hate me too. I mean, I do hate-" (it's easy to see he was about to say he hates himself) before its cut off by that big demon choking him?
He hates himself for the harm he's caused, and seeing how he acts when we see more of his serious scenes, he would totally be the type of guy to harm himself or make himself suffer and think he deserves it. If Blitzo did harm Verosika as the video suggests and regrets it often, it'd make sense for a mentally unstable guy like him to go through all that and still pin himself as the villain, as the bad guy in the situation -- because that's just the type of guy he is. Someone who would hurt himself ten times the amount of how much he hurt someone just to get the sort of feeling that he's getting even, but his doubt just pushes it back and says he isn't.
Personally, I'm along the lines of the episode being Loona winning tickets for a Verosika tour with Blitzo basically high jacking it as a way to apologize to Verosika. We see Vortex again and him and Loona bond for a few moments (to add closure to their last encounter in queen bee) and Loona ends up bonding with Verosika possibly ending with Verosika showing respect to Blitzo saying something like "I still think you're a prick but I have to admit, your daughter's pretty cool"
If they do this then I think Blitzø would say “I was a d**k” instead of “I was a terrible boyfriend.” but other than that I think this would really fit and I hope Vivziepop will do something like this in the upcoming episode 😊

I'd love to see all the cracks in the foundation of Blitzo and Verosika's relationship and why it ultimately didn't work out.
Plus more Verosika would be great in general, since she's a pretty interesting character.
Your idea of Blitzo going on stage, singing a song that Verosika wrote that he had to sing every single day whike on tour, while completely changing the lyrics from crass to sincere and honest coupled with the flashbacks of their good times together would make me tear up a little bit. Because we know how tough Blitzo has it sometimes.
Additionally, the ending where Blitzo and Verosika reunite and reminisce about their memories together would be the cherry on top.
Moxxie and Loona should definitely have a sideplot together. They need some more chemistry than just "moxxie fat".
If this episode ever does become as you predicted, it would truly be an excellent episode that would be one of the best of the season or even the best of the show overall.

Honestly, this is the type of prediction/fan episode that I like to see. You did an awesome job with writing this, honestly Viv should hire you to be a writer, this makes so much sense canon or not it's a really good prediction.

Season 2 so far seems to be the season of Backstories and Relationship Analysis, so far each episode has involved some kinda backstory for the characters and/or analyzing relationships current and old. For this your episode idea has hit both mark’s perfectly with B and V and even Moxxie and Loona to an extent where the characters each look at the relationship they have with the person with them and try to do something about it.
I’d probably add a little more of blitz explaining his emotions to her and how it changed him to now in my opinion. I think it would give more insight on details pertaining to his regrets and lows in his life like his family.
I think this theory/prediction is really good!! There hasn’t really been a lot of episodes about IMP actually doing their job, so this could be a ‘refresher’ for everyone. Plus, it sounds like it has a good balance of drama and the usual IMP stuff.

Hello Finn My Boy, I love your prediction of Apology Tour
I actually have my own predictions for the other titles.
The Full Moon - This title could refer to the harvest moon which featured Stolas or, for a more likely approach, it would feature a totally different moon from a different ring. Another not really possible, but really fun idea I have is that the title isn’t referring to a specific moon so it could refer to our moon. It could explain where Moxxie, Millie and even Loona have been after Ozzie’s and Queen Bee.
Ghost Suckers - Despite us seeing demons and angels, we never saw any ghosts in Helluva Boss or Hazbin Hotel. So, I think this story will introduce a new type of species into the mix.
Mastermind - This prediction is more of my concept for a story. It will feature the Dhork Agents and the demons conflicting and the agents will have a mastermind behind a battle.
Sinsmas - As the name implies, it will be a Christmas special. It will probably show Mammon who will probably be the main villain as he looks like a giant Christmas tree😂🎄

If Blitz does apologize to Verosika in this upcoming episode (Which I hope he does) I theorize that Verosika might not forgive Blitz right away, But if she allowed him to explain himself then Verosika might at least understand Blitz a little better in terms of why he did the things that he did when they were dating.
Man, this is so deep, like-- I don't think we've ever gotten an HB this deep before...that's an amazing writing there!
I'm generally going with the...more literal interpretation. It'll be Blitz going to multiple bars, making apologies with multiple people. Verosika will be part of it, but so will Barbie Wire, and Bee and maybe one or two other people he screwed over from his past we haven't seen yet.
I think it would be even better if some of the people who he apologized to were like “who?”

Considering the newest episode, I thought that possibly apology tour would be about mammon trying to get Fizzarolli back with a massive hellwide tour (where he paints himself as a victim or something then hilarity ensues) but this premise sounds way better than mine! You just earned a sub!!!

I think this would be an interesting episode idea. I feel like it would help us understand Verosika and Blitz more but also seeing Blitz's character development.
Plus seeing Moxxie and Loona have a beginning bonding arc would be nice. Make it feel like they actually enjoy each other rather than an occurring joke.
Here's a personal suggestion I hope you can consider. Murder Drones from Glitch is amazing and I'm sure you would love. Not as something you should discuss, simply because there's so much stuff in there you would love (judging from the content that got your passion previously.) The humour is great, the animation is beautiful they character are deeply lovable and this show holds the single greatest puppy of a man you ever wanted to pet and protect. I truly feel this watch would give you a great time

i had a different headcanon on how they broke up
it started one night, while they were in a bed together
when Blitzo jumps awake from a nightmare (about how everyone imporant in his life, left him)
he looks at the still sleeping Verosika, with fear in his eyes
before jumping out of the bed, dig through her purse to get her credit card and car keys
he gives one last look at Verosika, before jumping out the window, and drives off in her car at high speed, waking Verosika up
this headcanon also gives the idea for a what if scenario, where they never broke up
at the moment Blitzo gives one last look at Verosika, she turnes as Blitzo sees her tattoo, and he thinks to himself "what the fuck am i doing?" before he puts the card and keys back, and sits at the bed end, as he starts thinking
This is exactly what I would love the episode to be like. I’ve been dying to learn more about Blitzø and Verosika’s relationship since Spring Broken and ever since Oops seeing Blitzø getting back on good terms with Fizz I’m not just one but two episodes, the next being a possible Blitzø and Stolas episode where they reconnect, and episode where he manages to mend his final relationship would be perfect. He’d be on good terms with everyone he’s known in his past which would be a great step in the right direction for his character going forward in the series. Even if the episode isn’t exactly like this I hope it’s as good if not even better than this. Only time will tell.
If I see ATLEAST one refference in the real apology tour with Verosika from this video, I'm going to burst into tears
I absolutely love this take, it fits them very well and gives a refreshing air to a lot of the simply 'bitchy' characters the show can be at fault for always having. I would die if you did a prediction for The Full Moon as well!!

about the idea that blitzø and verosika worked at loo loo land together, maybe barbie and verosika all became friends. loo loo land burned down, then everyone ( barbie, blitzø, and verosika ) parts ways.
then, barb and verosika get sent to rehab.
the two recognize each other and become friends again.
barbie sneaks verosika out of rehab ( since they both know each other, since verosika recognized barbie since she mentioned her in spring broken. and they were both in rehab at some point ), then when verosika got out, she snuck barbie out ( since barb still does drugs and verosika drinks ).
I really hope the actually episode is almost like this. Also yes I'd love to see that Millie part

I'd imagine after all of that, Blitz would need to take a trip with Stolas to cool off for a while. They're just chilling on a beach in the envy ring. After relaying the story to him, Stolas asks, "That sounds insane. Now i understand why you insisted we go on a trip. Im glad to hear your crystal works for you, Blitzy. So Moxie and Loona ran the place on their own? Where was Millie during all of this?" Blitz is like, "Well, she said she was on a business trip, but she didn't tell me where she was going. I don't really pry into their personal lives as much. I felt like they needed some space." *meanwhile: We see mille in a tense situation being chased by invisible entities. Then she pulls out some Ghostbusters looking equipment. She calls Moxie and tells him to get to Purg as quickly as he can. Setting the stage for ghost****ers.
