Just look at this year Eurovision, Croatia was a favorite, Switzerland got 12 points from about 28 countries out of 37, Croatia got zero points from about 5-6 countries, I found it very strange! It tells me that jury wanted Switzerland to win even before it started! Shame!

Switzerland was a good song and they deserved it. It was bc of the "sympathy" votes for Israel that Kroatia did not get more votes from the audience. Switzerland would always have got more points from the jury bc Nemo is an incredible artist.

I'm watching yesterday and today after Eurovision, no one is talking or mentioning Nemo. He's gone, sometime after the Eurovision Song Contest! Everyone reviews Baby Lasagna's performance again. Interesting. And what to say then about the votes of the jury. Catastrophe.

acting like the win was stolen because the jury vote didn't align with the televoting seems very childish. the jury + televoting has been the system for ages? one can find that dubious and prefer it to be changed but it is still what it is right now and also one of the most democratic artistic contests in the world - just compare it to the decision-making in film awards (like the Oscars or Golden Globes), literature or art prizes or any performance sport with jury rating involved.
that a technically extremely well-performed song which also got a ton of points from the general public (even if not the most) won the contest is no scandal nor conspiracy.
and you also ignore the fact that we still do not know how well Croatia nor Switzerland would have actually performed if the likely audience favorite Netherlands would have not been disqualified.

Marko (Baby Lasagna) said in an interview that he will not return to the ESC as a participant.
I wouldn't say that the Croatian participant benefited from the exclusion of the Netherlands. I think that Nemo, who came only 5th in the televoting, benefited from it. And I believe that Nemo also benefited from the well-known massive motivational campaign towards the diaspora by the country that finished first in the second semi final and 5th in the Grand Final. Without this motivational campaign, the Croatian participant would certainly have received the 45 points needed to win the ESC in the televoting. Nemo did not do particularly well in any of the televotings!

The jury knows what music is and are literally artist that have made music. The televoting is mostly for sympathy votes. Israel had been lobbying for votes with commercials, with bot accounts on social media to vote for Israel etc... So neah kroatia wouldn't have won either way
World is so full of lies. France won FIFA soccer tournament in Russia. No Croatia did; all players were Croatian, while more than 50% of "French" players were Africans.
