Spicy Curry Tripe Recipe - Droepa Khatsa - Tibetan Specialty

- This is a very popular tripe dish in Tibet. It's spicy and the curry fits perfectly to the flavour of the tripe.
If you don't have tsampa, just leave it out of the recipe.

Ingredients:
300g beef tripe
salt
water
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tablespoon tsampa (optional)
