Things that may improve your life:
- Believe that we got created & manifest
- No masturbation & semen retention
- Drinking 2-4 liters water a day
- Don't compare yourselves to others, compete with the you from yesterday
- Try to turn your bad habits into good habits
- Don't seek approval or try to impress anyone
- Cold showers (Even the last 20 seconds of your regular shower)
- Meditation
- Not relying on relationships for happiness
- Working out
- Having a leader mentality
- Reading books
- Breathing in from your nose (reminder)
- having gratitude
- Cleaning your room
- Taking breaks of social media
- Not limiting yourself
- Making up your bed (discipline practice)
- Quitting/moderating caffeine & sugary drinks
- Walking in nature
- Making your own money (online)
- Having a plan for things you wanna do
- Being aware of what you doing with your valuable time & energy

My son called me this morning and told me to listen to your speeches and motivation. He added that you were a preacher for God also! Thank you God that my son is listening now. I listen to Steve furtick from Elevation Church and he is great also. That's my church every Wednesday and Sunday. I'll be listening to you while I'm getting my body stronger after I was told I would die 20 years ago and then again 10 years ago God raised me from the dead literally. God bless you and thank you for touching my son's heart because he's had a long hard history. If you can break through to his heart you've done your job for me.
