I really hope that this "super" league will not take place in football. As we could seen during weekend a lot of teams that participate in this super league have lost or draw against the teams that are considered to be paper worse. And that is what we love, when small team will beat a big team. If teams like Arsenal or Tottenham wants to play in top europan league, deserve it. At the moment are for example Leicester City, or West Ham definetly stronger.

Have a super league but hold it once every 3 years. “Big Clubs” get extra revenue and there’s still some form of novelty. And players will be less worn out from the extra matches too. Big Players who have “won it all” such as Ronaldo and Messi have new motivation as well and will be motivated to stay on with their respective clubs. Ofc this super league should have its own “relegation system” such that only the top 20 teams in the world qualify every 3 years. Win for clubs, win for fans.
That is actually something I would support. Also it should be played ouside Europe, like India or South America, to bring foreign fans the opportunity to watch their teams live for once
