I knew what the code would be but was unable to get up the 0000 in order to input the code numbers. I contacted 2 Suzuki dealers one of whom wanted to charge me £100+VAT to sort this out, and the other approx £150 and had to hold the car for a week as the radio had to be removed from the vehicle and sent to Suzuki UK for recoding!!!
Another satisfied customer. What would we do without your help and the internet! Celerio is a bit of a niche market, I cant imagine anyone would steal the radio…which is presumably what the security code is for.

@@crazyrider4285 Sorry this didn't help but it's the information I was given by the main Suzuki dealer suitable for the factory fitted radio. Number was obtained from the log book and worked fine for me. Maybe there has been a misprint, try the windscreen area for the chassis number.
Good grief, what a performance!!! Brian, you're a star! Broke my arm, battery died, mislaid the handbook. I got the code but wouldn't have worked out how to punch it in, in a million years. Excellent quality video and your instructions are very clear indeed, thank you :)

If it's the factory supplied radio from new, it should be the last four digits of the chassis number which will be in the logbook or on the original windscreen. That only applies if it's all original, if it's not I can't be any more help. Good luck 🤞
