This is San Miguel, Bulacan, the northernmost town of Bulacan province in Central Luzon, Philippines.
San Miguel, officially the Municipality of San Miguel is a 1st class municipality in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 172,073 people. 
It is the third largest municipality by area in the province after Doña Remedios Trinidad and Norzagaray.

It’s a pity! I’m so sad! I thought you will go inside the town proper of San Miguel. Bulacan! I miss it! I was expecting I would see the old familiar places I spent there during my childhood! I’m so depressed! You just went along the Highway!!!
