A rock cover of this song sound great. It's like it's own contradiction where rock is normally supposed to be badass but here the song is so lovey dovey for even rock but it just meshes so well. Kinda want more like this.

This exactly what I needed after falling into a sad music rabbit hole.
Dude seriously, the tears in my eyes are real. I've rocked with you guys since 2007 when I was eagerly waiting for The Ghosts Among Us to release. I saw you guys live at The Chance in Poughkeepsie back in 2010 and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen. Recovery is still one of my favorite songs of all time and I think it'd be cool to hear what it sounds like now with how much Trevor and Matt have perfected their vocals.

I had never heard of the original song. This version blew me away - there's so much tension and release in the performance and the lyrics shine through with this level of intensity. I then went to listen to the original and couldn't even finish it. All of the emotion that you release from the lyrics and melody is completely flat in the original version.

You guys do great covers but this has to be my favorite since Beggin. I absolutely love the original and you guys made it even better, no easy feat.
As a drummer, I love how Tim made all the drum parts different from the original, and Matt really shines on the chorus. Trevor your uncleans have really improved since the start of the band. Just a real great job all around guys, I love your original stuff but this some of your best cover work yet! 🤘🏻
You guys make popular music palatable and interesting to me and many others. You amplify the art and messages of the original artists and producers to new audiences in a unique way. Often times, I don't connect with a song until I hear it differently. You are artists who amplify art.

No one else will say it so I will, new music coming out is **VERY EMO** a lot of the lyrics derive from past experiences that the musicians have gone through and some are even incorporating rock influence into their songs naturally.
Haley Williams recently said the whole reason why we're getting more 00's inspired music,
"There’s so much frustration in the air right now, and I think some people are wanting to go back to what felt, with hindsight, like a simpler time. We were able to put in so much raw energy and youth in a time capsule that younger musicians are tapping into."
For someone who grew up with emo, punk, rock, alternative, post-hardcore, etc I'm really glad that people are getting their frustrations out through music and voicing their emotions whether it's angry or sad.
This song is 10/10, Harry's House is 10/10, and this cover is 10/10 you guys killed it as always.
