I love rocks of Utah. This is a great episode.
Great great video of an interesting bit of history! Thank you!
Fascinating! Amazing! That was a hell of a story Benjamin, thanks!
I clicked on this to learn more about Bishop Conglomerate and ended up learning so much more about Diamond Mountain. Thanks for the high quality, well researched content.
Awesome storytelling. I just moved to a location in Texas. Being from Idaho a very volcanic state. Texas sure is different. Loved your video. Have a great night.

Nice, love palaeontology!
Great episode, love the history being tied with geology. I would suggest you could also do a great story on how the quartz monzonite used for the Salt Lake Temple helped the city become a hub for the railroad even as the railroad companies tried to bypass Salt Lake City. It has lawsuits, railroad history, religious history and Utah geology.
Sweet
Epic tale! So cool you took us out there. I thought there are known kimberlite deposits along the WY/CO border? Not sure about Utah.
And strange coincidence, White Oaks NM is a place I've gone years ago. Final resting place of Mr Slack.
Long time no see!
Ben where you been?
Great episode. Id like to see the Coen bros script that a dark comedy.
👍🏻👍🏻
I was surprised you didn't segue into actual North American diamond finds. Admittedly not much, but an interesting topic, though guess it would take you far from Utah. geology.com/gemstones/united-states-diamond-production.shtml - Fun videos, good stuff, even if I'm still having a tough time with the fashionable jacket out in the middle of the field. ;- ) You make up for it in substance, well delivered. Thank you.
Next Arizona. : - ) Mogollon Rim
They've misspelled Reagan
What a wonderful and colorful story!!! Thanks for sharing.
