The blue cat, is actually the evil one! The meme is portrayed through his eyes, where he thinks he is being mistreated by his brother (the red cat) and friends. However, the last two images show that this is infact, incorrect and he is the twisted one

Lakismi and Akurja are brothers, born in a harsh, cold winter. Ever since they were little their mother always knew something about them was, different.
As the pair grew up, they learned to realise they were both gifted with an incredible power, one where they walk between the land of the living, and the land of the dead. (This power is shown by their pelts sparkling up like stars within their colourful pelt patterns.)
The two brothers took this knowledge differently. Lakismi, the younger of the two, decided to keep his power secret. Using it to help guide recently deceased or confused souls to the afterlife peacefully. Akurja on the other hand was sure to tell everyone of his gift. Calling himself a descendent of the gods, who had powers similar before him.
Due to this dynamic difference, the two bothers quickly became distant. Lakismi grew to be a popular, if not a quiet soul who made friends with legendary cats known as the Spirits of the Seasons. Cats also gifted with remarkable powers. Akurja on the other hand grew isolated and cold, loved only by one and shunned by everyone else.
He believed his Brother to be evil, using his popularity to try and gain some form of upper hand against him. And so, Akurja snapped. He soon started to kill the Spirits of the Seasons, trying to gain their powers for himself. Finally after his "work" was done he confronted his dear brother. Only to be told he was the true villain in his own story.
This animation is portrayed in Akurjas point of view. It is not real life, and so their Starry pelts are shown to indicate nothing is real, and all in Akurjas head. Only at the end of the animation do their stars disappear, when Lakismi is cornered and terrified by the monster Akurja has become.

Lakismi - The brown Tom with Blue patterns and white floof on his head
Akurja - The black and white tom with the red tail
Vivion - The green horned Tom. He's The First Spirit of the Seasons, representing Spring
Sienai - The fluffed up Blue Cat. They are The Last Spirit of the Seasons, Representing Winter
Grey cat - Filler cat cause designs for the other Spirits arent complete yet hehe
