I don't think she remembered everything I mean she remembered his name so maybe she was slowly remembering and when she stared at his tattoo and touching it she probably felt like it felt familiar to her
I think their love, and her seeing the tattoos were enough for her to begin the remembering process. Bit by bit she will remember, she can see jayce now which means she will start seeing other down worlders and begin remembering again. Plus, she has Luke, Simon, jayce, Alec and Magnus watching over her. Maybe Magnus will wipe her memory each time she remembers like he did for her before, or maybe he'll let her come back and piss off the angels.
