Having an overprotective sister can suck too because while lots of kids bullied her initially, with Vicky there to scare them away, she could very well be scaring away any potential friends too. We have to add that Timmy is a special case. He is someone whom was able to keep the secret of his fairies for over two years. That's why he got the Magic Muffin during Abracatastrophe. So, it is normal that almost every kid, Tootie included, blabs or brags about their fairies. For all of Timmy's faults, he was really responsible on this one.
