The key to figuring out the flavor is the artwork on the Reaper. Last year's Reaper was colored Orange,Yellow and White(I still have a case of last year's VooDew). The colors of Candy Corn. This year he is colored Red, Green, Orange and Purple. Skittles colors. Tastes exactly like Skittles to me. I haven't had Smarties in a long, long time so couldn't say but I bought a bag of Skittles, put a handful together of each color and chewed them. Rinsed my mouth with coffee. Took a sip of VooDew 2. Same taste. We'll see. I guessed right last year with help from a friend.

When you said you thought it was smarties flavoured, it threw us for a loop.....then we cracked out our trusty American to Canadian translator and remembered that your smarties are different than ours! haha....our smarties are like M&M's, and we call the smarties you're talking about, Rockets. That sounds like a much better flavour for a mountain dew, instead of chocolate flavoured! lol
Looking forward to trying this flavor. They're discouraging door to door trick or treating and parties in my area this year. I love handing out candy and seeing all the kids costumes but I doubt many kids will be out so we'll probably just keep the door closed and enjoy scary movies this year.
It's a complex flavor - pick up different tastes as I was drinking. Mixed fruit with citrus. I'd say Skittles but also a little bit of Froot Loops vibe. Solid soda but I miss original Pitch Black. Peace Love & Light

I love Smarties and also Sweetarts, Spree, etc. I need to try this one. I make a drink with vodka that tastes just like Spree candy and it's so good.
I haven't tried it yet🎃 Halloween is my favorite holiday. Unfortunately, I don't have anywhere to wear a costume. I occasionally dress as a witch.
