Walkthrough gameplay series for Security Booth: Director's Cut.
Initial release date: 19 August 2022
    Developer: Kyle Horwood
    Publisher: Kyle Horwood
    Platform: Microsoft Windows
The year is 1996 and you’re employed by a science lab called Nova Nexus. You work as a security guard at the front gate to the lab, inside a guard booth. However, tonight it seems something important is happening inside of Nova Nexus and things are... well... a little strange.
Your job is simple. you must make sure that only the right authorized personnel are getting into the facility. To do this, when a car arrives at the gates, it is your job to go and talk with the driver and check their license plate. Make sure that the person is on the employee register by finding the license plate on the register. If the person is not on the register you must tell them to leave. Make sure to only open the gates to employees and keep the gate closed at all times.

...so what's the secret to the car collection? just play enough games and eventually you collect them?

So there's 2 cars in each of the bonus tape levels (which you get by unlocking the first 3 endings). If you look around for a bit, they should be fairly easy to find. Fortunately, those levels aren't that big and most of them aren't timed. Hope that helps!

Despite how terrible the game is, the song at the secret ending is pretty good.

Haha, definitely a banger! Too bad you didn't like the game, though I'd hardly call it terrible. Obviously all a matter of personal taste, but in today's horror landscape, it's refreshing to have a game that gradually builds suspense without relying on jump scares (especially the atmosphere in the section for ending 4 was spot on). Sure, the plot could have been a little better, but I've definitely seen much, much worse. :)

Aw, come now - we can all like different things. :) I personally wouldn't describe this game as terrible since I think it's pretty well made (and very reasonably priced), but I'm sure there's people out there who just aren't that into it. Technically, Fortnite is an undeniably well made game (according to the EGS client, I have 39h in it though I'm pretty sure it's more), but Fortnite is not for everyone either. I just prefer to keep in mind that, at the end of the day, it's real people making these games we play, so if I can somehow manage to encourage people being a little bit more constructive with their phrasing, that's a W I'll take any day. :)

@@strictlyvideogames_ Of course Security Booth is not terrible, it is a a very nice experience. Some people just don't go out of the box of their games and just by that they judge that all games that they don't know about are terrible. Fortnite is an example from a very common stereotype of what I mean, no need to take it so serious.
