Nah..I dont think its like that. Both of them will not back down as they're both competitive but surely they didn't want to hurt each others' feelings for some silly games and besides, Nayeon is still older than Jihyo so it may look or sound disrespectful so Jihyo went for a truce instead.

Actually this episode is from 2019 but they just finally uploaded it with subtitles 4 months ago. So she was 22 at the time. In Korea (and other parts of Asia) puberty isn't just what we consider puberty but also a reference to how sometimes people in their early twenties go thru periods of acting like moody teenagers even though they are now adults.
